The apartment is located on the southern outskirts of Vicenza in a well-served area. The apartment is about 80 sqm, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms (one double and one single), large open space living area with equipped kitchen. It is divided into two floors, first floor living area, accessible from the external stairs, and second floor sleeping area. A covered parking space (maximum height 1.8 m) with a type 2 charging station (up to 7 kW) is available for a fee. There is also a large outdoor terrace.

From here, you can also take beautiful walks in the hills, extraordinary routes with mountain bikes, a few hundred meters away is the AltaVia dei Colli Berici, a ring of tourist routes that extends over about 130 km of trails.

We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

Casa Linda

Casa Linda is an independent accommodation obtained from a former carpentry workshop, next to our house. It offers a lot of privacy, welcomes you with its original and eco-sustainable furnishings. The warmth of the wood stove creates a comfortable environment (the only source of heating in the room). Casa Linda is located at the foot of the Berici hills, 10 minutes from the historic center of Vicenza, surrounded by greenery but close to the main road connections and served by a bike path.

Close to the bus stop that takes you to the station every 10 minutes, 15-20 minutes walk to the station and the city center. Convenient to all necessary amenities. The accommodation has everything you need to feel at home! Parking is possible along the street where the apartment is located, as well as in the garage of the property. You can live in an ancient cave house built by stone quarrymen and renovated respecting the historical features but with all modern comforts. The environment you will find will be unique, enveloping, so you can immerse yourself in an oasis of serenity and tranquility. You can also take advantage (included in the price) of the Wellness Area equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower and hydromassage tub with waterfall and be pampered by our massages. Casa Cattarinetti is a beautiful, completely renovated 85-square-metre flat located 300 metres from the Verona Fair and very close to the historic centre. You will find two bright bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen with TV area. To offer maximum comfort to my guests, all rooms are equipped with soundproofed and insulating triple-glazed windows, electric shutters, memory mattresses and pillows, air conditioning and heating.

The structure is a renovation of a 1600's building and is located on a hill within the territories of Andrea Palladio's villas. The result is a close contact with the suggestive panoramic view from the Po Valley to the Apennines. From here you can easily admire in all its beauty the flight of the kestrel in the valley in front, which inspired the name of the accommodation.
