What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Czyste, przestronne mieszkanie. Super gospodarz. Brakowało suszarki, a miała być. Po zgloszeniu gospodarz zamówił suszarkę, którą dostarczył kurier. Świętna obsługa. Polecam.

Thank you Athos, we had such a wonderful time in your beach villa! The villa was within walking distance to the beach and a lovely swimming spot. The villa is ideally located to explore the coast and the beautiful Mediterranean seas! Not far from restaurants and of course Ayia Napa, and the Waterpark. Villa is huge, each room had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay at this accommodation. It was well located, clean, with a responsive host and stocked with everything we could have desired. Vicky was responsive to any questions or queries we had during our stay. The accommodation is located by restaurants and shops, whilst only being a short walk away from the beach. We'd be keen to stay again and would happily recommend it to others looking to spend time in Paralimni.

Alexandro’s place was fantastic! Its location was great, with easy access to Protaras and Ayia Napa, local beaches nearby too! The 9 of us went out to Cyprus for our friend’s wedding, so we made it into a 4 night holiday and I couldn’t recommend the villa, location and Alexandro’s as well as Ann’s support enough. They stayed in touch throughout our stay and supported in best way they can, recommending things to do, transport and on hand for anything else. Superb hosts and would stay there again!

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Hvis vi kunne give flere stjerner mht kommunikation og hjælpsomhed så skulle vores vært have det . Udsigten var desværre trist og rodet. Ville være dejligt hvis der var shampoo, bodyshampoo og olie i køkkenet til madlavning. Ingen grund til at skrive at det forefindes, når det ikke gør . Ellers en dejlig lejlighed og tæt på alt.

This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.
