Everyone in our family was enthusiastic about our stay in Gadi's holiday home. The rooms are large and bright. The interior is modern, cozy, neat and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen in particular was a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor area was tastefully decorated and although a bit chilly, we enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet but the beach and all necessary amenities are within walking distance. All practical information was easy and detailed to find. Gadi was a fantastic host: he was very friendly, responded quickly and made sure that our questions were solved. We also really appreciated that he made an extra effort when we unexpectedly had a problem. We have no hesitation in calling this one of our better Airbnb experiences.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Замечательное место для отдыха семьей. Вилла включает в себя три спальни на втором этаже, два санузла (один на первом этаже, один на втором), кухню и просторную гостиную с большим обеденным столом. Очень понравилось собираться всей компанией за этим столом на обед, ужин и завтрак. Гостиная очень просторная светлая, в ней приятно находиться. В спальнях мебели не много, но есть все необходимое. Из посуды есть все, что нужно. Очень радовал бассейн чистый и теплый. К ближайшему пляжу 5 минут ходьбы. Но мы арендовали автомобиль и посещали разные пляжи Протараса.

Incredible villa! Everything was just as the pictures and description, or even better. Host was very quick and helpful in there responses and very friendly as well. The place is located near the water and very close to restaurants and pubs and it was easy to catch a taxi if we needed. The only downside was that the neighbours did some renovating which resulted in us waking up with 3 or 4 strangers in our garden trying to paint there house.

Superbe villa atypique ! Intimiste et très bien équipée ! Cuisine bien équipée. Climatisation dans toute la villa La piscine est géniale avec douche extérieure et terrasse ombragée . Le logement est bien situé, l’entrée dans le logement est simple. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et particulièrement l’excellente communication avec l’hôte, vraiment réactif et arrangeant. We arrange this trip few months before and our family came from all over the world to enjoy this vacation. The villa as described very big and there many rooms and bathrooms. The pool is the center of the house and the private cabana is really a plus. You are close to a lot of places 5-10 minute walk and you can always take a taxi if you need to go to Ayia Napa. Overall great stay we all had a lot of fun and the place was as we expected. Thank you. Ps The fig , lemon trees are so amazing plus the tennis court that was a great addition.

We had an amazing time at Anemelie. It was a 3 generation family vacation and the house was perfect. Panayiota was a great host, very helpful. The house is well maintained and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. We will definitely be back!

The house is amazing. Absolutely beautiful. Everything worked like clockwork and the instructions were really good. Mr Xenios at guest relations answered all my questions fast and helped with everything from renting a car to organising transportation from the airport and back. Ms Dimitrina came to the house the first day and guided us through the house and gave us instructions around the house. She was so helpful and answered fast whenever there was anything we needed help with. The house is located about 10 minutes from the beach, restaurants and small grocery stores.

Family of 12 (5m,1yr,3yr,15yrs - Adult). Extremely impressed with the service by Kyriakos(& team) easily contactable, answering/solving immediately. They provided baby items(monitors, gates, cots, steriliser etc)at no extra cost, arranging for pool to be heated for the babies. The villa was very modern/spotless with all amenities listed-something for all ages. The hot tub was my favourite, especially at sunset! The kids made use of the games room and pool table and there was plenty of sun beds around the pool/on the roof when the pool gets a little shaded. The kitchen was full of utensils, an air fryer, microwave,easy to use oven. Location is perfect, less than 5 min walk to mini supermarket/main strip, the beach a couple of minutes further. You are close to everything yet far enough away that it feels very peace. Check in/check out were easy with Kyriakos providing alternate accommodation until our late flight home. Highly recommended, can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you ☺️

C’est une très belle maison, à proximité de Ayia Nappa ainsi que Nissi Beach à 10minutes max en voiture. Le propriétaire a été très réactif au niveau de nos besoins. Parfait pour les groupes allant de 6 à 10 personnes , l’avantage c’est qu’il y a des salles de bains dans chaque chambres, une très belles terrasses , une table de ping pong pour les amateurs de tennis de tables… Je recommande au groupe souhaitant être dans un espace calme loin du bruit.

Euri is an exellent host. I stayed in Villa Di Gio with 4 of my friends and we had the best time ever. Euri was very quick to respond and help us when we needed it! I would 100% recommend staying there, you won’t regret it! The house is nice and spacious. The area gives you the best of both worlds - party, good food, beautiful beaches and even some peace and quiet if you plan to go there with family! For the first time in our life we were REALLY sad to leave which I Think speaks for itself:)

We stayed here as a family of 4 for a week in October. The place matches the description exactly, the cleanliness level is second to none, and Paul went out of his way during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We are already planning to rebook for next year.

The villa photos do not do it justice, it's amazing. The restaurants and bars are all within minutes aswell as the fantastic beaches Large supermarkets are near by as well. Our host was brilliant, friendly, responsive and very generous. We would love to return and make more great memories.

A very beautiful house, we definitely recommend it. There's plenty of space, and the outdoor shower is a great idea to avoid bringing sand inside. The pool is illuminated, making it pleasant to swim after dark. The built-in grill is perfect for an evening dinner. It's a very peaceful place, not far from Nissi Beach, just 8-10 minutes by car. It's also very close to the highway. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful time at dream Tropicana! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The private pool was amazing—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. The location is just perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the beautiful beach of Ayia Thekla. We loved that the villa is in a private neighborhood, which made it extra relaxing for us. The balcony and outdoor dining area were such a bonus, giving us the chance to enjoy meals with a lovely view. We’re a family of four, and the kids absolutely loved the pool and the garden. The host was super friendly and responsive to all our questions, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough for families or couples looking for a peaceful and private getaway in Ayia Napa. We’ll definitely be back!

Das Haus liegt nahe Protaras, Restaurants per Auto in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Meer ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool (beheizt gegen Zahlung). Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier. Das eine Dreibettzimmer ist sehr klein. Alle drei Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer Zugang und Smart TV. Optimal wahrscheinlich mit einer Belegung von 6 Personen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer gute Strandmöglichkeiten, im Winter von der Lage eher nicht zu empfehlen da viele Ausflugsziele per Auto 1 bis 1,5 Stunden entfernt liegen. Für ca. 200 pro Nacht eine tolle Villa und zu empfehlen. Pavlos ist ein Super Gastgeber, er kümmert sich sofort um alle Anliegen. Dankeschön Pavlos!

A private villa, in a quiet area of the busy town of Aya Napa that has every amenity needed. Check in was easy and flexible. The accommodation had everything we needed - like home from home! The location was great for walking into the centre for restaurants but quiet and peaceful enough to chill. Only a 5minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had sufficient facilities and was well appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Didn’t need the ac as it was still cool. The pool area was large and spacious. Great time for all the family. Thank you.

We had a fabulous, family stay in this villa. The villa is in a peaceful neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches and promenade. The pool and outside area is well equipped and it was lovely to sit and relax in the sunshine. The villa is well maintained and looks like the photos. Would highly recommend

We have had a wonderful stay at Rustic Paradise Villa. The hosts were helpful and thoughtful. They organised a lovely gift for our arrival and even came to meet our Taxi driver at night to show him the way when he was a bit lost. They checked in on us throughout and also gave us space to enjoy our stay. The villa is beautiful and our children really loved the pool! It is a short walk from restaurants and beaches and we enjoyed getting out and about as well as staying in. As they had no guests the next day they even allowed us a late checkout which was so helpful due to our late flight. We have had a fantastic stay and would love to return one day. 😊

Très bon séjour, La maison est bien équipée et bien située. La piscine et le barbecue sont des vrais plus. En revanche, le bruit doit être limité et est interdit après 21h et la maison n'a plus d'équipements tels que le babyfoot, billard ou le flipper

Fabulous Villa, exactly as described. Load of space, and had everything we needed. A short walk to the centre and some superb beaches nearby. George was a great host and many thanks for the nice surprise in the fridge.
