We loved our long weekend stay at The Hideaway! The house and property are beautiful. With two families enjoying the space, it was really nice to have two bedrooms and a bathroom on the bottom level, and two bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd level - made for two nice family suite areas and then a huge common space on the main floor. Leslie had plenty of wood ready for us to use in the fireplace and was very proactive about de-icing the walkway (it was a snowy weekend)! Would highly recommend staying here - and we will be back! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

We really enjoyed staying at the condo in Green Mansions. It was very spacious and Bryce was extremely communicative.

Highly recommended space and host! Kurt is hands down an A+ super host! We arrived in Burlington in the evening with having another Airbnb reservation that we found not to be a good fit for us! Frantically searching for other Airbnb accommodations for the night, several hosts had availability but showed no urgency to help us. Kurt literally stopped what he was doing to go and turn lights and heat on for us. He also left water, a couple beers, and creamer in the fridge for our morning coffee, which too was provided. The space is exactly how it was pictured. Clean, uncluttered, and beautiful! Kurt’s place has great location in a charming quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower was also great to have! Finding this place last minute was the cherry on top of our amazing Burlington experience….and we will be back! Don’s beautiful VanHoevenberg Ridge has become our home base in the ADK, and a “home away from home” where we return several times a year to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and lakes in all seasons. This is by far the best place we have stayed since we have been coming to the ADK for over 30 years. If you are lucky enough to stay here, you’ll be back! Don’s place has everything you’ll need, and is near to everywhere you’ll want to go. The views of the High Peaks are stellar, and the hot tub is relaxing after an active day outdoors. Don is a welcoming host who truly cares that his guests have the best experience, whether avid hikers or simply wanderers seeking serenity and renewal in the woods and waters near his home. He respects your privacy, but is happy to provide his knowledge of the area to find the best hike or paddle for you. This place is our North Star in the ADK: bright, constant, and a place we’ll always look to return to. We recommend it highly to everyone!

Words cannot express how beautiful the cabin and property are. Everything is perfect. It’s the perfect location for a ski/board trip to Gore. The cabin is nestled on a hill, totally secluded. Very private location. The property has a trail which has a stream trickling by. Everything in the cabin works. You’ll need food, that’s about it. If your lucky to find this place open to rent, well then your lucky.

Really nice location and would love to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the porch. Very comfortable stay with plenty of space for our small group. Worth the adventure getting there!

This was my first time staying at Ken’s beautiful home on Minerva Lake. When I walked inside I was in awe. The interior home is stunning. A large dining room table was off to the side of the living room and we loved gathering around the table to do watercolor paintings. The bedrooms are comfy and cute. Little details around the house like nightlights and paintings are so sweet. Everything we needed was there for us. The kitchen was cute and we enjoyed cooking our meals and making salads. The fire pit outside was also lots of fun. We made s’mores and we were hoping to see the Northern Lights but unfortunately they didn’t come down south far enough, but we still had fun. The house is extremely comfortable and inviting. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back. Thanks Ken for everything. Lori.

We had a wonderful stay. We’re a group of 4 mostly retired couples. Linda’s place was perfect for our needs. We used 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, comfortable communal space, a dining room that accommodated all of us, and a great kitchen with lots of counter space, utensils, serving dishes, etc. The main bedroom upstairs also had an adjoining suite perfect for families with young children. Linda’s instructions were clear and she was very responsive to all messages. Linda had towels for the hot tub which we loved using after a day of outdoor activity. We highly recommend Linda’s place and look forward to returning next year.
