The stay was great. We had booked 2 hours in advance and were allowed in quite spontaneously. She immediately gave us tips for the area and welcomed us in a friendly way.

Everything was great. The house is lovingly decorated and clean. The house has everything you need, the location is wonderful and close enough to Bologna. We can only recommend the house.

A cozy location just outside the city center

A location immersed in the countryside with a huge garden, ideal for children. The house had all the amenities and we had a great time. Great location, only 18 km from Bologna. Tiziana is very kind and always available. Recommended!

We stayed in this very clean and well-kept apartment for 7 days in May, with a terrace and small garden and very nice details. In a quiet location. Elena and Alessandro were very friendly and accommodating hosts who responded immediately to inquiries and concerns. We were able to store our e-bikes safely and without any problems. The accommodation is also very conveniently located as a starting point for bike tours. Would love to come again.

Valeria is a great host. She’s quick to respond and very helpful. The location is perfect as it’s walkable to all of Bologna’s site. Plus, the checkout bikes right outside allowed us to see the entire city. We loved having two coffee shops just below the place. Very clean and comfortable with numerous coffee pods for a morning coffee in house.

Amazing stay amazing place

My husband and I, and our two teenage children, spent three Easter days in Bologna for the first time, finding our way through the city, mostly on Irene’s recommendations. The flat has a great location, close to everything, but in a quiet street, with a relaxed local vibe. We felt at home right away in Melograno’s house. It’s very cosy with art on the walls, lots of books, and a small kitchen with everything you need. The place is clean and stylish, and the bathroom and bedroom is very comfortable. Irene is a very attentive host, and extremely helpful. I will recommend to follow her recommendations 😊 We did, and we ate only the best food and ice cream in Bologna. Thank you Irene, for being so flexible, kind and welcoming! We hope to come back to Bologna again, and would love to stay in Melograno’s house again.

Unique urban sanctuary. Quiet and calm, restaurants and a great bar (Rocker Inn) steps away. Alina was a perfect hostess and we would stay again. Kitchen was compact, but well stocked and squeaky clean. Fabulous rooftop patio was a treat and so nice to come home to. Extensive new tram construction in front of apartment was never a problem, but does present an odd method to obtain key to outer door. Parking is very difficult, but there is a garage a few blocks away. I would recommend getting all this info at least a day prior to map your arrival. I would also suggest a welcome manual with instructions for the washer and restaurant recommendations. Thanks, Alina!

Great Apartment and easy to walk to all the main attractions in Bologne.

We loved Rosa’s place. Finally, after 4 different Airbnbs during our trip to Italy we found a first floor apartment!! We were so tired of going up and down through stairs with our luggage’s that this felt like heaven!! It was our last night of our trip so we were exhausted and it felt so good not needing to climb more stairs!! This place has everything needed to feel comfortable, super clean and organized! Also, only 3-4 minutes from train stop or busses. Also, the Q bus that takes you in front of the airport is only 4 min walking!! We loved the table and chairs outside this morning to eat our breakfast. The surroundings were peaceful. You couldn’t hear the neighbors. I recommend this place 100%

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

Lucia was very kind and communicative. The location is a bit of a walk to the city center 20-30 min but we knew this when we booked it. There is a shopping mall a minute away with a huge supermarket. Kitchen was well stocked if you choose to cook meals. Train station less than a mile away and we took the train to Parma and we drove to Modena-both are worth visiting if you have time. Lots of great restaurants in Bologna so hard to know which to pick! We had a great stay here and highly recommend Lucia’s place!!

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.

For one person, the apartment was too big, and maybe the price also depended on this, but I had a great time. Tastefully furnished, clean, with everything you needed, with well-functioning air conditioners in every room and a terrace where you can get some air in the evening and morning. Renato immediately answered all my questions and for me the apartment was in a strategic position since I was able to walk to the clinic where I had to go. Supermarkets nearby and also a pizzeria and tavern.

Elena was a really great host. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew where to find her. She was flexible about our arrival time and had some amazing recommendations for exploring Bologna - if I'm ever back in Bologna again I would definitely book this apartment again!

We had a brilliant stay here. Barbara is an excellent host, really communicative and helpful with great tips about local restaurants - and she provided lots of information to make our arrival and check-in as easy as possible. The apartment itself is great - clean, cosy and characterful - and a nice distance from the main piazzas. It's close enough to walk to the centre but far enough away to feel like you can escape the crowds and unwind at the end of the day. There are also some lovely shops and restaurants around the corner from the apartment with Le Serre, in the park across the ring road, a particularly nice place for a relaxed afternoon. Finally, the little terrace at the back is a lovely feature and a great place to sit and chat.
