A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

The place is super spacious, clean, private and safe. It has everything you could possibly need. There are markets nearby and home deliveries arrive easily. The hosts are wonderful, we shared a barbecue and they gave us a taste of Paraguayan soup. I'd definitely go back.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort and good service!

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thanks to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

The apartment is exactly as described, with beautiful light and very spacious. Moran is an excellent host, always very responsive every time we had a question. The location is perfect, walkable distance to many restaurants and a great shopping center. We loved it and we’ll be back!

Salomón, Betty and their ‘niña’ Lupe were very friendly, pleasant even cheerful. They made me feel comfortable from day one. The ‘casita’ was exactly as described, clean and tidy, in a safe location, complete with everything it was needed for someone’s staying. It can be accessed by an independent entrance. I was feeling safe, at peace and comfortable; had a great sleep, waking up to a beautiful ‘concert’ as lots of birds were chirping -singing- every morning. I do highly recommend staying at Zulema’s CASITA

The place is impeccable, I loved it and would definitely come back. Everything was super cute and well taken care of. However, the landlady was not very friendly, did not give clear instructions and did not respond to messages. Despite that, the overall experience was good.

amazing appartement with all confort. we had a small issue when we arrived and Ruben sent us somebody to fix it straight ( less than 1 hour). Our journey was very comfortable because it is a very quite area in the night. We loved to eat in the vegan restaurant just in front. super safe as well. We fully recommend this place!!

I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great coffee. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
