A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back in a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. There were basic groceries in the kitchen to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially the strong personality of the house took us a little aback, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Convenient location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Returning to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thanks Lucia! Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay in a fantastic location. The apartment is located in a picturesque village and impresses with its cleanliness, cosiness, and well-equipped kitchen. It is ideal for anyone who likes to cook for themselves. And it is the perfect base for those who want peace and quiet, as well as for excursions to the impressive Frasassi caves and mountain villages, and for tasting the regional Verdicchio wine. We can recommend the apartment and the surrounding area wholeheartedly!

Paolo and Rita were very kind hosts. Paolo was very friendly and helpful. He sent us things to do in the area and delicious restaurants. There are fantastic restaurants in the area. Their home was cosy and pristine. They even gave us milk and cookies. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Being welcomed by a family and finding yourself part of it for a few days. Simple apartment located in an extraordinary countryside, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Nausicaa and her family were fantastic, we couldn't ask for more! Super recommended.

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

Domenico's accommodation is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We lacked nothing, the amenities were fabulous and the pool is super beautifully landscaped. For us as a family with a baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together at the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Thank you Francesco, you were a great, pro-active and very friendly host. Grazie e alla prossima :-)

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

Luigi introduced us to his town, Acquaviva Picena. Its home offers a fantastic view in a beautiful place overlooking the valley. 10 minutes by car you are in San Benedetto del Tronto. Great place for great excursions that will always remain in your heart. The house is not missing anything at all and Luigi was impeccable. Thanks for your hospitality!!!

The apartment is as described, with a modern bathroom and everything you need, even in the kitchen (breakfast for a couple of days was guaranteed) It is on the second floor and the stairs are slightly steep with narrow landings but for us it was not a problem (a little movement is good) We used the terrace in the evening to dine, although you have to take another flight of stairs to bring up what you need, but after the excellent seafood lunches on the waterfront, the dinners were light. You don't enjoy the view but a fresh and pleasant breeze, at least during our stay. Dino was full of advice, always diligent and lent us his bicycles, which were useful for getting around the long bike paths in the area. We reached Grottammare Alta and Marano (Cupra Alta), which are really beautiful. In the evening, leaving the house, in two minutes you could reach the main street, lively and with many clubs We liked San Benedetto (even the oldest part), we hope to return.

Great quiet beach location. Perfect for us. The bikes were helpful for getting to Grottammare and going on rides along the sea. Very easy bike ride. The beach is a couple block walk and so is a grocery store. Simone and Rita were so nice and the house had all we needed! My son and I had a great time. Thank you for leaving us coffee and milk to start our trip!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Salvina and Giovanni were fantastic. They welcomed us with affection, prepared the house with great attention and excellent hospitality! They did it with a kind heart and soul, thank you very much! The house has a panoramic view of the sea, the interiors have everything you need and one of the best things is the outdoor shower (the view remains unbeatable)! Very clean environment! Numana is a typical and pretty small town, the pebble beaches are well maintained, the sea is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

Judith and Piero welcomed us very warmly, we immediately felt very welcome. The view from the terrace offers magnificent views over valleys and hills to the snowy mountains. There was even a bottle of welcome wine and a fruit basket ready, very pleasant after a long journey. The apartment was fully equipped, we could easily take care of ourselves in the kitchen. We liked to notice Judith's restaurant tips and loved it. Overall a completely successful stay for which we are very grateful to Judith and Piero.
