Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fenchihu Lake

A good place with its wonderful tea

The overall environment is beautiful ~ The host is very kind, the parking is very easy, the breakfast is also delicious, I feel the passion from check-in to check-out, the CP is very high, it is very good to put my phone down ~ to get away from it.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The room was spacious, and we absolutely loved the huge windows that let in so much natural light. It made the space feel extra cozy and relaxing. We had a great night’s rest and woke up feeling refreshed. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful—they even went out of their way to drive us to a nearby teahouse we wanted to visit after we checked out, which was such a kind gesture! The complimentary tea bags in the room were a lovely touch—we enjoyed them so much that we ended up buying some to bring home! But the highlight of our stay? THE BREAKFAST. So fresh, so delicious—we still think about it all the time! If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay with amazing food, this is the one. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay here! Room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Kid/baby friendly too as she provided us both a bassinet and bed rails, as well as infant bath tub. Very nice local breakfast, and excellent tea and coffee. They brought out a baby chair and toys to entertain my baby at breakfast too. The location is a bit far from xitou by foot, but still hikeable, really close by car. Nice local restaurant within 5 min walk for dinner.

Very nice family that was hosting us. The owner shows us around to find a diner place and it was outstanding! Not so many places to stay between Sun Moon Lake and Alishan Park, this one is a good one!

Jia Ling's place is beautiful, as described, and looks bigger than in the photos! You can comfortably fit 4 people and still have lots of room. The view is beautiful! Make sure to visit their tea plantation and factory — located right above the room! Jia Ling herself is very warm and friendly! Though there was a language barrier (we do not speak Chinese) she answered all our questions and was very accommodating. We appreciated her help despite being busy running her business, and loved the tea that she so kindly served us :) When taking the bus, ask the driver to stop at WangFeng bus stop ahead of time. Cross the road, and you'll be at Jia Ling's place, which is located right next to a restaurant. Tip for first timers: You can pay for the bus once you get on (we spent some time looking for a ticket booth in Chiayi HSR haha) When we come back, we'll definitely take a car instead, as it'd make accessing Alishan and the nearby trails much easier. Host is very responsive and helpful. When our TV wouldn’t work we went to find her and she immediately helped us to resolve the problem. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was also provided by the host. The one cons would be the location. You will need to either rent a car or have a private driver to get to other places. It is quite a distance from the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area. However, there is a lot of tea plantation and host will bring you for a tour if requested.
