We had a wonderful stay at Lisa and Andy's place for our annual Ren Faire trip. The house is beautifully furnished, clean and well laid out. There are more than a dozen beds, all in great conditions, perfect for a large party. I love that they have labels every where so you can find what you need. The swim spa is large and was a great addition. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Lisa and Andy were super responsive and sent me multiple welcome messages with instructions for everything. They responded to all my questions within minutes. Wonderful hosts! Highly recommended!

We booked this for a family reunion we attend in the area every two years and we filled the houses with three generations of cousins, siblings and spouses. We had a great time and the setup of the houses and rooms were perfect for us. We have already said we plan to book in 2027 for the next reunion. Thanks for the hospitality and beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely perfect — peaceful, beautiful, and very easy to get around, even for our elderly and handicapped family members. Our son had an amazing time fishing and caught a lot of fish right on the property! Everything was exactly what we hoped for and more. We’ll definitely be back!

We had three generations enjoying our stay at Elizabeth and Tim's home. Our stay was in March and the heated pool made the stay so enjoyable as the grandchildren could swim every day! The entire family enjoyed the game room which was awesome with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, skee ball, shuffle board and arcade games. The kitchen and living areas where great for our large family and the kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed the views from the porches.

Everything was perfect in this adorable guest house! Owners were very responsive and helpful. I received answers to my questions immediately. Home was well appointed with everything we needed, and extra touches and features like Courtney Barton robes and linens, a turn table with records, a pool with comfortable outdoor furniture and pool towels, fire pit, etc. We loved our time spent there and hope to return soon!

Perfect location for our first mother/daughter trip to Round Top. The house is 3 min from Warrenton and 8-10 min to Round Top. We loved evenings on the patio. The house is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals and do laundry. The host is very responsive and kind and handled anything we needed quickly.

We loved our stay! Booked the ranch for a weekend trip as an organization rewarding our top members. The house was beautiful, the game room was awesome, loved the hot tub, had a great time fishing and spent a lot of time at the pool. Andy, the ranch manager, was very welcoming, helpful, and hospitable! Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Morgan House. Nice location for the Round Top Antique shows. The back yard was very peaceful and the neighbor dog Max greeted us each day with a wagging tail. Amenities were nice inside the house and we enjoyed all the antique collections throughout the spacious house.

If you are looking for a beautiful gem in a quaint town this is the place for you. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The house is very spacious, and so beautifully decorated that you feel right at home away from home. All the amenities are a huge bonus, the kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms have all the necessities and more. Our family enjoyed some time in the cowboy pool and it was so amazing, the temperature was nice, it was clean and well taken care of. Such an amazing added touch. This is a must stay the next time we are in Smithville!

We had an awesome time at Tinisha’s place! We had a lot of fun by the pool and in the hot tub and throwing the frisbee in the big backyard. The location is peaceful in a quaint town right next to Buescher and Bastrop state parks. We used the kitchen quite a bit and everything worked well. The spaciousness was perfect for our family get together! One thing to note is that the guest has to decide when to heat the hot tub and let Tinisha know, but Tinisha was very responsive. A great stay.

Our biggest regret is that we didn’t have more time there. Next time!! John has gone above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome and comfortable. The smart house features were amazing with music playing on our arrival and auto lights that come on at dark. Loved all the personal touches like bath products, coffee set up, blankets for inside and out, etc. they even have life jackets for kiddos for the pool! Beds were super comfy with quality linens and towels. Such a peaceful environment. Loved the fireplace, running “creek”, porch sitting areas, etc. A true gem. 20 minutes from Round Top, but the drive is so pretty it seems closer. Again… sad we didn’t have time to stay longer. Great communication with host and beautiful clean place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and 3 of my friends stayed here for a girls weekend. We went to scream hallow which was amazing! It was close to downtown and some nice restaurants. The scenery was beautiful! The state parks are close by for hiking and exploring. The pool was nice and we felt so at peace, beautiful home!!
