I would stay there again, comfortable and Jenna let us know about bad weather coming. We were there to be with family after going through some rough stuff. I would recommend it to other family.

I have to go to Bastrop at least once a year for my daughter‘s dance competitions. Olga was a fabulous host with an immaculate home. The house had everything we could possibly need. It was clean and so comfortable. The location was wonderful, and the neighbors were great! We will definitely be staying here again! The host is very responsive and very generous. She even left snacks and drinks for us.

We stayed this past weekend and the place is beautiful! The view from the living room looked like you were overlooking a prairie. Absolutely stunning!! If you need a quiet place to stay with gorgeous views, this is the place to stay!

We had a great stay here for a wedding in the area. Found a lovely place to eat nearby called Garden Company. The house was nicely decorated, clean and exactly what was listed. The owner was super responsive. A fun weekend, for sure.

It was a beautiful home! I felt very comfortable in it. They were very nice hosts they even allowed us to check in early because we were already in the area.

Had a great stay at Flop Houze, already looking forward to my return. Took a dip in the pool, an afternoon nap in the hammock and listened to tunes on vinyl while relaxing by the campfire. Loved the decor and attention to detail. Matt was super easy to work with, as I had to change my reservation and quick to respond. We even made friends with the barn kitty 😻. Truly delightful stay!

Dala Woods is the place. My family of 12 stayed here and everyone felt right at home. It was well accommodated cottages and the pool is a major plus. For sure staying here again, this is a great weekend getaway! Stores aren’t far if you forget something, they provide mostly everything and the locations is true Texas vibe, fell in love with Dala Woods.

If you are looking for a beautiful gem in a quaint town this is the place for you. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The house is very spacious, and so beautifully decorated that you feel right at home away from home. All the amenities are a huge bonus, the kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms have all the necessities and more. Our family enjoyed some time in the cowboy pool and it was so amazing, the temperature was nice, it was clean and well taken care of. Such an amazing added touch. This is a must stay the next time we are in Smithville!

Quiet solitude in the country but still close enough to places to eat. Nice to be surrounded by nature an animals. Several activities available for guests provided. Sponsor was quick to resolve issues.

The host was super friendly and helpful. The home was easy to get into and lots of privacy. Great neighborhood on a lovely street in a welcoming town. Lots of history to check out. The town folk are so welcoming! Great places to eat! Will be coming soon!

I have no complaints. The place was spotlessly clean and with all the amenities it listed. My room was very simple and basic with everything I needed. I had trouble communicating with Simon before arrival, though. I sent a couple of different messages through Airbnb, which said the usual response time was 3 hours. Those messages never got a response at all. Then I tried calling but the phone number that Airbnb lists had a full mailbox so I could not leave a message. Eventually, I saw a different phone number in a message I had gotten, I think from Simon, verifying my reservation. When I called it, I got an answer and great response that more than satisfied me. So it was just a matter of finding the right method of communication and then everything fell into place. As far as the stay, it was excellent and everything I needed it to be. If I return to Smithville again, I will be happy to stay there again.

Great place to stay! Very close to the town of Round Top and easy to get in and out. Very clean and organized. Wander Inn even provided breakfast in the mornings!

Very comfortable place and tucked away with a few other cottages close by. You are definitely near a farm, which I liked, but the cow(s) were not heard inside. They had coffee but maybe some extras would be nice at least during the low season of Roundtop. Love that there were no TVs to be found in the cottage and got great sleep!

We enjoyed our stay. The hiking trails near by are beautiful and peaceful.

We had a great time at The Nest! It was peaceful outside & absolutely adorable inside. Very close to town which was nice. The host was responsive & kind as well.

Wonderful place to stay for a large group. All the rooms were nice with king size beds or bunkbeds. The pond was lit up at night and was just beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Our first stay in an AB&B surpassed all expectations!! Matt was very accommodating and kind. It is a place to relax, reconnect and discover country. We saw owl, deer, rabbit etc. if you chose this place I recommend bringing red or amber lights for night animal watching. The home had all the amenities we needed.

Our stay here was wonderful. The location was very convenient to Warrenton. We enjoyed being so close to where we like to shop for Antiques Week. It was easy to find and appointed with just what we needed. Rachael was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She brought us ice to use for drinks and a wagon to use for shopping. She was a great host! I highly recommend this place for its location, responsive host and for the absolutely beautiful porch views!
