Great location right near everything you want to get to in Atlanta

This was my second time staying here for meetings in Atlanta and Decatur, and you can't beat the location. It's also very easy to find, get in and out of, and secure. Extra points for allowing me to travel with my dog and having a very convenient dog walking area. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable.

Paul and Becky’s place was fantastic! Their Grant Park apartment is close to many attractions, with endless nearby food options. The apt was clean and comfortable. Paul and Becky were quick with communication and we would definitely stay here again!

Book this studio immediately! We parked our car in front of the apartment and didn’t move it for four days. So many restaurants, bars, public art and the most friendly locals around. This is cool, hip & inclusive southern charm at its finest. We will be back! Wendy was an absolutely wonderful host & helped with local recommendations. Thanks for hosting us! :)

Chase place was great! Peaceful area, local bars and restaurants near by. Close to interstate and I will definitely stay again.

I celebrated my 50th birthday this past weekend & my guest was amazed at how beautiful this property is! My event took place 4 minutes away! I must say how welcoming the host were, from beginning to end! The house is absolutely beautiful, from the front door , throughout the house! My family & I will definitely be back! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

This house makes for a cozy stay, especially when working at Trilith Studios nearby.

It was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Could not have been any better. Will stay again next year when we come out.

This Bnb was amazing. Super clean , felt luxurious. Very big, cozy. The bed had great mattress. Very spacious . The host was very responsive. I’d recommend this place an I’ll be back . 10/10

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was super responsive and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

If your asking yourself should you book? You definitely should !!!!! The place was so clean Balcony was also nice, and they also had a couple condiments if you are thinking of cooking, Location is walking distance from Ponce market and it was really nice!! Just keep in mind most places only take Cards!!! The location is very private and great location and the police patrols the street, i also meet a officer who stays in the building I felt beyond safe here!!! It was clean and the host was wonderful, when i book in atlanta again this would def be my go to bnb perfecttt!!! only down fall is parking but we was able to find a parking spot next to the building we just took lyft everywhere which helped us keep it until check out.

I was in town for a conference at a hotel one block away and appreciated being able to have a kitchen where I could prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe coming and going from the building, which has a 24-hour concierge. Adam's apartment has a nice balcony. I also appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking, and the great water pressure in the bathroom shower. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, though. They aren't provided.

A little tricky arriving the first time since the front of the building is not actually against the street, but once you figure that out it's fine. The key fob/concierge entry definitely made me feel more secure in the area. William was responsive to any questions I had for him which I appreciated. We got the condo since my conference was right up the street and I was pleased that the aquarium was a short walk away. It's close to some restaurants, a cafe, and a food court at the Hub for weekdays. The condo didn't seem as "nice" as others where my colleagues stayed in the same building, but my view was best and it was definitely sufficient. Just a very "renty" vibe, with the paint, repairs, and damages the same you'd get in any apartment. The bed was sooooo comfortable! I took a photo of the tag because I slept so well for that week!

Great location. You have to walk about 1/2 mile to get to any of the attractions but that beats dealing with the traffic! I felt safe in the area and it was very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean....!!! Pots, pans, and kitchen utensils in place. Walkable to most restaurants and amenities... and quiet surroundings. This space is STRICTLY for relaxing and getting away from the big city scene. No clubs, lounges, etc..

Lillian’s place was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We were able to cook full meals during our entire stay. You’ll need to supply your own spices and larger bowls if you need them, but plenty of utensils and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. It was a very good stay!
