Great location, right in front of the sea and close to all the main amenities. Very clean and equipped with all comforts. I felt right at home. Maria Rita was very kind and super helpful, also allowing me to check out late. I'll definitely be back.

We have highly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sao! The place was spotlessly clean and exactly as in the pictures. We appreciated the washing machine and all other amenities. The Villa seems brand new! The mattress was a bit too sturdy to our liking so we slept on the comfortable sofa bed instead. Communication with Roberto was very easy: he responds very swiftly and is super kind & helpful. We would definitely love to return! Thank you and until next time!

The apartment is very cute, well-equipped and clean. The huge highlight of this listing is the location. Beautiful views from the pool between sea and mountain. Breathtaking... Incredible sunsets! A very convenient pool when you have young children with a deep side and a pool side. The residence is very well maintained and flowery. We appreciated being able to arrive at any time on the day of our arrival thanks to the key safe. Lots of nice little corners nearby. And finally, a very friendly and responsive hostess. We loved the accommodation, we would 100% recommend it!

Very large apartment , well decorated, convenient . Walter is very present and helpful, very good communication thank you to him for everything! Apartment a little out of the way and therefore quieter , easy to park nearby in the street where the adjacent street; The bedrooms are at the end of the apartment away from the common area door and elevator which is perfect . A few neighbors ( tourists? ) speak very loud before midnight but rest of the quiet night:) Thanks

A great stay. The apartment is brand new and immaculate and very well equipped. Fantastic shower. And a lovely front to sunbathe, eat and relax. A few steps away from a pebble beach which was perfect for early morning swims and evening drinks at the beach bar (other end of the beach). Perfect spot about five min drive from Scopello centre and easy access to the nature reserve. Eliana allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated. And we got some wine and treats too. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

I really enjoyed the stay here. There were so many interesting things about the accommodation, being from Australia that I liked; the doors, the internal access, the court yard and all the locks and switches, I found them fascinating. There is lots to do in the area and not too long of a walk to the Marina to visit some islands. Kitchen and bathroom clean, easy to use, and bedroom is comfortable and dark for sleeping well in. Sandra was extremely helpful and checked in on us to make sure our stay was good; she offered a wealth of knowledge on the area and mapped out places we would be interested to visit. Highly recommend

the host was already awaiting us, we did not have to wait a second for check-in. the place was very nice and big, also it had a parking spot which was great for us and our rental car :) the host was flexible, friendly and super responsive and communication was easy. thank you!

The place was fantastic! We couldn't have imagined it any better. The garden is maintained by Antonino and you can tell his love and professionalism for nature. It's just beautiful. Antonino is a true friend. Despite the communication with the translator, everything went smoothly and Antonino is an extremely friendly and warm host. When asked if you can rent e-bikes nearby, he did not hesitate long and provided us with 2 e-bikes for a tour with him as a guide for free. He took the time for us to do a 4-hour bike tour across the region of Trapani. And it was sensational. He showed us places we probably never would have visited. GRAZIE MILLE Antonino! Emanuele was very easy to communicate with. Responded quickly and showed up timely for check-in Smart-lock only works!! The apartment is located in a quiet area but close to central part of Marsala If you are very tall (over 190 cm) the bathroom can be a bit cramped due to the large shower head

A wonderful experience. Very clean, delicious, perfect for a vacation. Dream terrace in the middle of nature with an amazing view of the sea. Calm and peace. The village of Scopello is very close on foot as well as the beautiful bay on the sea. Vincenzo is an extraordinary host, very kind, very flexible, who gave us great advice on activities, restaurants and even allowed us to spend a wonderful day on a private beach with the use of canoes. Absolutely a unique place!

There were three of us in Sofia's place and we spent a few very nice days there. Had I known how beautiful this place is, we would definitely have booked more days. I think the place is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. It is super modern, new and also from the cleanliness everything was in perfect order. Sofia decorated everything with love, it felt like a real home. The location offers a very nice view. The area is very quiet and somewhat hidden. For the accommodation, I would urgently recommend a rental car. The communication with Sofia was impeccable, she was always available and always super friendly. We got some local tips from her. Would definitely return. Sofia is a super host.

Lovely small apartment plenty of room for the 2 of us. Very convenient for kitesurfing and a great base to explore this part of Sicily Would come back again

This villa was exactly how we had envisioned. We fell in love with everything! The view, beach, terrasse and Scopello (little town 20 min. walk) was a great surprise. End June we found a soft partyvibe in Scopello with winetasting from the area and a band. Amazing restaurants and few tourists. We will be back Nathalie😍

Our plan was to relax and discover Sicilian by car. The location was perfect for this, though it s only few minutes away from San Vito. The host was very friendly, welcomed us personally with a lot of local recommendations and he was always willing to help if we had questions. Our son was really enjoyed playing football there, as the street was quiet .

A peaceful quiet location away from the crowds, but close to Trapani. The photos and description accurately match the house. The living area is a great place to relax at the end of the day either cooking a meal or having a drink. Vincenza is a real pleasure to communicate with and quickly answered questions, or provided a few additional items for our stay.

The accommodation is really charming in a quiet and typical area of TRAPANI. The apartment is very well-equipped and the terrace is beautiful.
