A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. This gorgeous chalet perched on a high hill is surrounded with trees and features an enormous wrap-around deck, HOT TUB, wood-burning fireplace, huge smart TVs and a GAME ROOM for adults and kids with every fun game you can imagine- pool, ping pong, PacMan video arcades, darts and more. Each bed is new and there are king beds and trundle beds to accommodate visitors of all ages. Please note there is an extra charge of $75 for first dog, $25/ea for 2nd/3rd (2nd/3rd dog fees charged later).

The Alton Cottage -a luxury country retreat

The Alton Cottage is a charming, newly refurbished 1820s guest house- formerly a summer kitchen to the original farm house. Views are of rolling fields and their bovine occupants. We are within 30 minutes of almost 20 wineries and another 20 breweries, 5 min to Airlie, and only 5 mi to Old Town Warrenton. We are also close to several antique stores, farmers markets and Shenandoah National Park. We strive to make every guests stay special.

NOTE: Use the pool / fire pit, pond at your own risk! Pool is closed for the season.
