Beachfront vacation rentals in Fatick Region

We had a great stay at Mamadou’s place in Dassilame Serere. The location is gorgeous, very tranquil, on the edge of the mangroves and surrounded by animals. It is a short Mototaxi ride from Toubakouta so it is very easy to get around. Mamadou and the other hosts were very accommodating and helpful. I hope to come back one day!

Marc and Marceline are extremely helpful, accommodating and warm. It's a pity that we didn't always understand everything with our very bad French, because communication with a nature friend like Marc would deserve to deepen language skills. Marceline is an incredibly gracious person that you just like to have. There may be a visually appealing lodge on the island, but we would never want to swap. Very good food at more than fair price, organization of our planned tours, the farewell was warm and we had a hard time after 5 nights. PS: last but not least, we want to mention the first-class honey and cheese, as well as the shrimp of Marc and the crepe of Marceline, who has always spoiled us in between. In addition, Marceline has great clothes at Marceline's place for a great price, you could rave for longer......

This is a place of tranquility, peace, beauty, surrounded by incredibly beautiful nature and the life of a very lively village . Marceline is an artist of hospitality throughout After eight healing days, where I was completely cared for and pampered, where I could find stimulating conversations, but also the peace that you needed.. Mamadou’s place near the mangroves was perfect. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful if I ever needed anything - the bed was super comfortable (and with mosquito nets!). It was nice spending a few days in a quieter area away from all the traffic. Highly recommend😊

Staying at Mar is a unique experience! The space is super ecological and close to the village . Mar does an excellent job with the community and it's wonderful to hear her talk about the island . It organizes several excursions and serves all meals if you wish . I highly recommend staying at the house of Mar

Great stay at Frédérique's in Palmarin. The rooms are big, beautiful and clean. Beautiful property in nature, on the beach and with a very nice swimming pool. Breakfast and meals were delicious and 100% homemade. Perfectly located for exploring the coast and mangroves. And best of all, Frédérique is a lovely host full of good advice who makes you feel at home. I'll be back!

The stay went very well, Lorette and Christophe are very sociable, we were able to have interesting discussions with both. They are also very available. Regarding the accommodation, it was impeccable. Also, we were the only ones with the hosts so it felt like we had privatized the whole place. It is new and very nice, I would recommend it if you are looking for calm and comfort.

From Carl: We had an amazing experience with Stephanie. My friend and I work for an NGO and although we have been in Senegal for eight months we were still intimidated by travel. This vacation was our first attempt planning a trip on our own. Stephanie was extremely responsive to our messages and provided advice every step of the way. Three nights at the Saloum Delta was a perfect respite for us. The journey would not have been possible without help from our gracious and generous host. Nice place, directly at the beach

We had a great weekend at the Filaos' home. Small hut very comfortable, and very clean, by the sea. Ideal for relaxation! The setting was idyllic: direct access to the beach, swimming pool with sea views, palm trees and self-contained hut on the property... The welcome is very warm. Marie is good tips for doing activities in the surroundings. We'll be back with pleasure for a quiet holiday away from the city... Thanks again.

Valerie was not there during our stay but the Senegalese made us feel welcome. We had a problem with electricity but Valerie fixed it. If you go there take some jam and other food. In the evening they cook Wonderfull dishes but.for breakfast you can only get bread. If you want alcohol take it with you, there are 2 little townships but they do not have a lot, for sure no alcohol! Recommended space for relaxing, swimming in the river and walk through an authentic Senegalese village...

3-week stay with our host in Palmarin. Very good communication with Pierre, very responsive and available to answer my questions. Everything is described in the welcome instructions provided during the booking. Perfect welcome despite an arrival 1 hour ahead of the scheduled time. Anna has been great tips for everyday life in this beautiful fishing village. Very responsive and always available, she knows the house at her fingertips, and solves the slightest problem quickly. She makes tasty dishes on request. The house is functional, all cooking essentials are available and as advertised. The many terraces allow you to enjoy a soothing panorama. The calm and tranquility of the place delighted us. The pool is perfectly maintained by Antoine. Diane, who stands guard, fulfills her role but is also very affectionate, endearing and playful. What a positive thing about this rental, thank you Pierre!

It was the second time for me in Elisabeth's AirBnB and it was just as good as the first time! The house is beautiful and has everything you need, the staff is great and the surroundings beautiful. Great place to get a proper rest and recharge!

The tastefully furnished house of Geraldine and Abou is right on the river. The location is great. The pavilion was also a landing stage for our private boat trips with Moustafa. You can experience romantic sunsets all to yourself. G & A were very helpful and organized everything for us, it was perfect. We spent a nice and impressive day on the boat with Moustafa and he showed us the Saloum Delta. He prepared a fine meal for us on the no-stress island. They were all unforgettable experiences.
