Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, among other things by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated oven.

Lovely little cabin in the woods. Solar panel (can run out), gas and outhouse. Full kitchen, dining table and sofa. Water must be collected in a well. Firewood is included. A rowing boat is used over the water. Or walk in the woods. At the cabin, we put drinking water in 5 liter cans, coffee and tea. (Water in the well as well). We have upgraded with the possibility to charge the mobile in the USB contact that hangs in the kitchen hook. We have changed the boat, this one is easy to row. Access to travel bed for the smallest children. Mainly a summer cottage.

Unique cabin with fjord view and private boat space

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Morning coffee can be enjoyed both inside and outside with the same feeling of closeness to nature. Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and the height under the roof makes nature come close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found approx. 2 min walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, it is right out in a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

Large funky house with Jacuzzi. November offer

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Welcome to our beautiful cabin, in a quiet area with a stunning view! Here you can have a quiet holiday surrounded by great nature and sun from morning to evening. Short distance to both swimming and fishing on the jetty of the cabin area or at Åpta Camping. 15-20 minutes drive to Farsund city, a cozy little town with a few shops in the city itself and a small shopping center. Several beautiful beaches along the entire Lista coast that are worth experiencing. 1.5 hour drive to Kristiansand, nearest airport - Kjevik.

Recharge your luxuries at this unique and tranquil accommodation. Lovely romantic little cottage with a view that gives peace of mind. Large terrace/dock with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and wood-fired hot tub! (IMPORTANT! The hot tub DOES NOT have bubbles or massage, only delicious hot water). Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen with all necessary equipment and living room with TV. Loft/loft with 2 single beds, 1.80 ceiling height. Free SUP board and small kayak.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

New functional cabin from 2021 at Åpta in Farsund municipality. Located at the end of the cabin area. Great view of Åptafjorden. Large yard with good parking possibilities. Large terrace with good sun conditions until 7-8 pm in the evening during summer. The road up to the cabin is relatively steep and winding, but most of it is paved. Down by the fjord there is a marina with fishing and swimming facilities. Good hiking opportunities nearby. 15 kilometers to Farsund city center.
