We had a great experience! At check-in, we were greeted by Giovanna's father, who was super attentive and even helped us with a problem we had with our car. Arriving at the apartment, we saw that everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The apartment is very nice and has a very large space, we highly recommend it!

Our stay was very good. Jordana was wonderful, super nice, answered quickly and clearly. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and was impeccably clean, with clean and fragrant bed and bath linens. The kitchen had the basics and a little more. The location was good, there was a market nearby, we arrived very quickly at the main points of the city. We hope to return soon.

The hostess is super polite and accessible. Homes are like the one informed in the reservation. Amamos staying there. This is the second time we stayed there.

Very beautiful and safe condominium. Beautiful, clean, organized and equipped apartment. When Angela received us, it was very cold outside on the grass and the apartment was warm and had jazz playing on TV with very cozy yellow lighting. It was a good first impression. The view from the windows is very beautiful and private, with a forest and quiet environment. The apartment is not in the center but we were easily able to order an Uber and the rides to the center were quick and cheap, taking 5 minutes at most.

We loved the stay, but I can't say the same about the co-host Tiago. We had a setback on our trip (which put my life and my wife's life at risk) and Tiago was totally uncompromising, he didn't make it any easier, he's someone who is only after the money, we understand everything about the cancellation rules but there is something called humanity, which he doesn't have. Otherwise the flat is perfect, now if it depends on him understanding something that might happen to you and you need to cancel, forget it, inhumane person.

The apartment is excellent. Great location, close to markets, to the center of Gramado, in addition to being very safe and quiet. Internally, everything was very comfortable, clean and organized. And Mrs. Sueli was a great host, responding quickly, giving tips, guidance and always very kind and attentive. I recommend it.

The place is very conveniently located, you can walk downtown and it has a garage with easy access. We booked at 6:40 pm and by 7 pm we were already in the apartment. We went to another one because it was busy, but it was very similar. It is an apartment on two floors, it is small but comfortable as it has 2 full bathrooms. The top floor is like a mezzanine and is reached by a narrow staircase, but it is not uncomfortable. The towels and sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. It has a very nice view. I would come back.

The host was very attentive to the questions we had regarding the rental. The apartment is very clean, organized, great location. I highly recommend it and we'll be back.

The home has positively exceeded expectations. Super organized space, clean, well assembled and structured. Excellent location for those looking to enjoy Both Gramado and Canela, especially if you are driving. The pool is very morninha, but the hydro was a differential to relax after the tour days. I recommend the accommodation.

Casa cozy and equipped, because it was located in a condominium we had a very good experience of rest.

Amazing place the Beija-Flor apartment! Very cozy, complete in structure, the hot tub is perfect and the whole apartment was impeccable! Communication with the host was great, always very requested. The location is ideal, close to downtown Gramado and Canela but away from the hustle. And every detail of the property, was very well thought out!

Clean, organized, cozy. Excellent cost ratio x benefit. Nara always kind and quickly responded to messages. I highly recommend it!
