This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Centrally located in the Faroe Islands, Hósvík is the perfect base for exploring the islands, or just relaxing in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The apartment is perfect for individuals/couples, with or without children, who do not need much indoor space. There are narrow stairs up in the apartment, i.e. unsuitable for people who are not fully mobile.

It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.

The location of the accommodation is in the center, the good thing is that it is a short distance to everything in the city center, but if you have a car then there is zona parking at 2 hours outside the apartment from 0900 to 1800 Monday to Friday, but there is a parking space close by and there can be kept for 8 hours. The weekend is free parking outside the apartment.
