Beach house vacation rentals in Faro

We had a lovely stay in Carvoeiro. Isabella’s place was close to restaurants, beaches and lovely scenery. The house is spread over three floors with a lovely roof terrace at the top. Isabella was friendly, informative and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Ein außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus an einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar, wir haben viele neidische Blicke geerntet. Morgens auf der Terrasse den ersten Kaffee mit Blick aufs Meer und den menschenleeren Strand zu trinken, abends mit dem Geräusch der Wellen einschlafen - großartige Erfahrungen. Wir waren Mitte Juni dort und das Haus war innen erstaunlich kühl. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und wirkt viel größer als auf den Fotos. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind eher traditionell und einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vielen Dank, Lourenço, Bruno und Francisca. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben 5 Nächte im Häuschen von Mariana verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Oase der Ruhe . Wir haben den Außenbeleuchtung, vor allem den Pool gut nutzen können. Es gab genug verschiedenartige Bereiche. Die private Terrasse im ersten Stock war herrlich und privat. Die Küche haben wir nur zum Frühstück herrichten genutzt, da es jede Menge Restaurants in der Nähe gibt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Alvor! Francisca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen und mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt sind. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die bereitgestellten Spielsachen, Strandutensilien wie Schirme, Stühle und Buddelsachen – perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit Kind. Die Strände in Alvor sind wunderschön, ideal zum Baden, Spielen und Entspannen. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten – unsere Tochter war begeistert vom Dino Minigolf! Die Ferienanlage selbst bietet alles, was man braucht: Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

The view is absolutes amazing and we enjoyed a walk along the coast. Good Restaurants are nearby.

Quando o simples é Luxo . casa de praia para quem gosta de estadias autênticas e procura umas ferias descansadas com os pés na areia. O anfitrião Paulo foi sempre prestavel e atencioso. A casinha de praia é antiga mas está optimamente preservada, totalmente equipada e limpa. parabéns

Fabulous house and delightful host who even brought a bottle of fizz on ice for a birthday. Peaceful, really quick Kitchen modern very spacious home would recommend.

The hot water kept getting interrupted, and having air conditioning would’ve made it even better.

Our stay was perfect — in every sense of the word. Just a short walk from Praia da Luz and only minutes from Lagos, the most beautiful town in the Algarve with its breathtaking coastline. The house itself was absolutely flawless and exactly as described. The only thing that deviated from our expectations was the sea view — even better than the photos could ever capture. The view over Praia da Luz is simply stunning, one you could never get tired of. Before arriving, I wondered how a place on AirBnB could have a rating above 4.9 — now I understand. Aside from the fantastic house, I especially want to thank José for his warm and very, very welcoming hospitality. We were also genuinely touched by Manuel and his wife, who would stop for a friendly chat whenever we saw them. Such incredibly heart-warming and lovely people — truly remarkable. If we ever return to the Algarve, one thing is absolutely certain: we’ll be coming back here!

We had a great stay here. Although we were only here for 2 nights, there was a LOT to do around the stay. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Very lively neighbourhood and easy walk around the old town. The house is super clean and the kitchen, as pretty and handy as ever! Will definitely come back and stay here when I come to Lagos next.

Very good place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. Apartment was in a good location between old and new town. Host was flexible and allowed us to check in early. Accommodation was as advertised

Great place to stay, clean tidy with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The hosts Pam & Tom are very responsive and helpful.

Really nice house! Right in the center of lagos, not far from the beach, beautiful garden. I really appreciated the household equipment (towels, tea, coffee machine). 10/10 would recommend

Andre was an amazing host! Very accommodating for our group. The place was in an excellent location and was very easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops as well as the beach. I would stay there anytime I come back to the algarve.

We had a great stay in Lagos! The apartment has a central location in the historic city center, is very close to shops, cafes and restaurants and only 10min away from the beach. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed, like cooking equipment, towels, etc. Naomi communicated very well and gave us all the information we needed.

Ana a été très accueillante et bien attentionnée. Le logement proposé par Ana est très spacieux, les commodités et équipements présents rendent bien service. Le logement est très proche du centre de Burgau, petit village typique qui a gardé son cachet de village côtier de pêcheur sans une trop grande urbanisation touristique. Ana et son bien c'est un excellent choix pour decouvrir l´Algarve authentique. C'est un choix 5 étoiles. JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT.

Excellent location! Cláudio was easy to get in touch with. Only complaint is the musty smell. I would suggest scented plug ins! We would definitely return!

Sandras place was amazing, its right on the beach and a 30 second walk to the restaurants. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sound of the sea, the place has 3 terraces that you can lounge on and the view from the hot tub on the roof is one not to miss. The kitchen is well layed out with all you need if you want to cook. Sandra was very helpful via text if we ever needed her and she gave us recommendations of where to eat etc. We will be returning to stay again for sure.

We have just spent a very enjoyable week at Claes’s lovely house in Lagos. It is perfectly situated on a quiet street near the centre of the old town. The house was spotless with everything we needed, supplied. The terrace has sun all day and it was lovely to sit there and enjoy a coffee in the morning or later with a glass of wine. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, supermarket, old town, marina and a lovely beach. Beds are very comfortable and both en suite. Overall , a lovely place to stay 😊🥂

Helena’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location was absolutely stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Helena was a great host and very friendly. The place was well equipped and everything we needed was supplied. I cannot emphasise enough how beautiful the view is from the house. We did not need to stray far…… the vista from the terrace was superb! The amazing beach was on our doorstep and we also had the use of the newly refurbished pool. We would definitely like to go again!
