We loved our stay at Casa Jardim ! Possibly one of the most picturesque places we’ve ever stayed, the attention to detail of the pool area and garden is amazing. Jan and Nigel were very welcoming and provided lots of information about the local area. We really enjoyed nearby towns Olhao (for the amazing fish market) and Fuseta (which has a fantastic island beach). Highly recommend !

This place is extremely charming, and at great value too! The outdoor courtyard was so peaceful, and we frequently used the bbq, hammock, and picked fresh herbs and lemons! Location wise, Budens doesn’t have much to offer but has a great pizza restaurant, and a large supermarket within walking distance. We used Budens as a base to explore nearby beaches, Monchique, Aljezur (west coast) and Lagos (south coast). It was well positioned for our adventures! And lastly- José and Rosario were very responsive and were easy to reach. Would definitely stay again!

Bel and Carlos are super nice hosts! The tiny house was really cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – I really liked the mix of Portuguese and African style. You feel right at home. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Odeceixe is always worth a trip anyway – beautiful nature, great beaches and a pleasant tranquility.

Monte dos Tres Moinhos is a beautiful place to stay, in rural Portugal. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and the log burner was perfect for cool April evenings. Hans gave us a warm welcome and was very quick to respond if there was anything extra we needed. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet and enjoy watching wildlife with breakfast, especially the storks nesting on the tops of the old mills.

We had truly a wonderful stay in Jan & Marie’s apartment. Located in peaceful rural area of Algarve, offering stunning views on the valley and olive trees, at the same time has all the comfort you might be looking for, swimming pool and several cute seating areas to enjoy your breakfast or reading. Apartment is very cozy and comfortable, perfectly equipped kitchen, everything clean and spotless. Jan & Marie are great hosts, proactive and communicative. Their place is perfect getaway from the busy life in the city.

I really enjoyed my stay here, totally quiet and really in nature. I slept so well and the little house had everything I needed. I looked forward to coming “home!” It rained every day but it was cosy and warm, close to Rogil (try the sweet potato pastels from the Pao de Rogil) DELCIOUS. Bed was super comfy and lots of pillows which is rare for Portugal! Bedding was 💯 cotton which was great for me. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings. The sounds of frogs and crickets was so lovely. Amazing waterfall shower and so many thoughtful touches. Lovely host :) will be coming back for sure.

Very peaceful situation in a rural hilly location within a small cluster of houses but not overlooked. The accommodation is spacious and is well described but special mention for the air conditioning, the extra large shower and the outside space which offers a number of seating areas. The pool is not large but a fleshing temperature for mid September. Zelda was waiting for us on arrival and provided a full tour of the house and its facilities as well as a welcome pack of a few essentials. Zelda and family vacated their attached house after our arrival for the whole week of our stay so we had the place to ourselves. Tavira is about 15 minutes drive, the last part is over a well maintained but unmade surface. The house is very accessible to and from the N125 and Tavira itself as well as the airport at Faro.

Very nice place, a real little piece of heaven with a warm welcome and high-level services. The hosts are charming with lots of little touches distilled throughout the stay. A nice meeting! The place is beautiful and all the amenities have been made with taste. We had very quickly made our mark and the departure was done with a small pinch in the heart. Recommended!
