Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt bei David und Familie. Die Gespräche waren interessant. Die Behandlungen von David können wir sehr empfehlen! Unsere einfache, aber gemütliche Unterkunft hatte eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Loulé ist nicht weit weg, um einzukaufen. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder! Great for kids, even younger ones. Super close to the airport. Even left us breakfast which was so helpful as our flight was early in the am.

We recommend this room! It is on the top floor so expect stairs. Even through the hallway smelled like smoke the room didn’t and was very clean. Some of the local restaurants were amazing. The closest beach didn’t have much shade but lots of other beaches within 20 min drive.

No podemos más que hablar bien de Claudia y de su alojamiento. Tranquilo, cómodo, con un patio trasero espectacular y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días increíbles. Tuvimos una abetos en el coche y se ha portado con nosotros de manera magnífica. Solo podemos darle las gracias y recomendar el alojamiento y la zona a todo el mundo. Muchas gracias Claudia.

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig mit großer Sonnenterasse und einer Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Außerdem bietet Barbaras Tochter Katya Ausritte an, was mir als Reiterin sehr gut gefallen hat. Es gab auch gleich Familienanschluss und wir haben fast jeden Sonntag zusammen Karten gespielt. Barbara ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wam’s Studio Apartment. Die Lage und die Aussicht aufs Meer sind wunderschön - allerdings empfehlen wir zumindest einen Roller zu mieten, da das meiste fussläufig zu weit entfernt ist. Wam war immer erreichbar und versorgt einen mit vielen Tips für Strände /Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank Wam für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

We loved this place! The owners were so helpful and friendly. the environment was quiet and location was ideal to discover the region. we would definitely reccomend this beautiful, authentic place!

Adoramos a nossa estadia em casa do Luís e da Sofia, que foram uma simpatia. Fomos muito bem recebidos, com gestos hospitalidade e atenção. A casa é muito acolhedora, arejada, luminosa, e as divisões espaçosas. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo. Alguns factores que consideramos especialmente práticos: estacionamento privado dentro da propriedade; localização excelente, com super-mercado, padaria, bomba de gasolina, pizzaria, farmácia a poucos metros de distância; chuveiro exterior (muito prático para o regresso da praia); WC espaçoso e com chuveiro sem base ideal para orientar os banhos dos miúdos facilmente e para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. A melhor parte foi a tranquilidade e a vista matinal: acordar a ver o nascer do sol no meio das árvores mesmo à nossa frente directamente da cama. Voltaremos de certeza!

excellent rapports avec hui et Nick qui nous ont accueillit d'une très bonne façon avec des douceurs et de manière conviviale. ils ont été de très bons conseils quant aux choses alentoures a visiter (plages, restaurants,etc). toujours soucieux de notre bien être tout au long du séjour. accueil parfait nous espérons revenir leur rendre visite au Portugal. xoxo 🩵 Matthieu & Candice (France)

Notre séjour a été plus qu'agréable. Nous avons été enchantés par le calme et le cadre magnifique qui nous entouraient. Le logement était fidèle aux photos, offrant un environnement propre et incroyablement plaisant. De plus, l'accueil que nous avons reçu était exceptionnel. L'hôte s'est montrée extrêmement chaleureuse et a même fait l'effort de converser un peu en français, ce qui nous a touchés. Nous recommandons vivement cette expérience inoubliable.

enjoyed my stay at the villa. very spacious. Had everything at the villa very accommodating. The pool was great both my children enjoyed there stay . All hosts was fantastic . Carmen was very good she messaged throughout and was very helpful and so was Tiago very friendly. Would recommend and would certainly go back to stay if we go to Algarve again. Location was great not far from the airport and Villamoura. Thanks again !!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt es war alles sehr neu und sauber und ein ruhiger schöner Ort mit kleiner Terrasse - Carla hat uns sogar noch eine Maschine Wäsche waschen lassen. Die Lage ist halt in dem neuen Teil und etwas den Hügel rauf - was aber dann einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt und die Burg ermöglicht hat.

Kinga and Miguel's place is my ideal Airbnb, especially when I'm looking for a relaxed, rural beach vibe. The hosts live on premises in their main house, but each apartment is private. We had our own patio to enjoy the beautiful cool evening breezes and outdoor dining. We spent most of our time outside while at the house, but furniture inside and out is comfortable. A few of Kinga's lovely paintings of the Costa Vicentina complement the modern interior. The pool is comfortable and the outdoor shower is a treat. For us the days of traveling with kids is past but all kinds of travelers will enjoy. The quiet is complimented by the distant sound of the Atlantic -20 min. walk to a cliff for lovely sunsets. Grab your car to access many beaches for surfing, swimming, or to find cool rocks. Kinga and Miguel are great hosts, savvy travelers themselves, so they put together a great guide book. They also surprised us with lovely treats! Four nights was not enough. We highly recommend this airbnb!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settima, appartamento spazioso, recentemente ristrutturato e pulito, cucina con molti accessori. Dimitri é un host gentile e sempre attento alle esigenze dell'ospite. Quando tornerò in Algarve soggiorneró ancora qui!

Very nice accommodation and just as described in the listing. Very responsive hosts too. However, we are in our 70's and we would like to highlight a couple of issues that could affect other older people or those not very fit and agile. To get to the outer door it is necessary to pull the suitcases along 40-50 metres of rough cobble stones ( beware in the dark, it can be a dog's toilet). The stairs from the outer door to the apartment are steep,narrow and twisting. The stairs up to the solarium are very steep and narrow too. This is not a criticism of the apartment (which is lovely) but we think it could be useful information for some prospective guests.

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y cuidado. Teníamos la piscina a pie de puerta, es compartida aunque tampoco ha sido un problema porque casi no la hemos utilizado. Está en la zona alta de Portimao y es muy tranquila y se aparca muy bien. No teníamos tendedero y Ana nos facilitó uno rápidamente. La televisión no funcionaba bien pero tampoco nos hizo falta porque estábamos casi todo el día fuera. En general nos ha gustado mucho y hemos estado muy agusto. Las camas muy cómodas para dormir. Lo único “negativo”, por así llamarlo, es que en los edificios de enfrente había un perro ladrando constantemente, imagino que le dejaban solo y a mi que me encantan los animales, me resultaba bastante angustioso. Por lo demás, hemos venido encantados. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!! Muchas gracias Ana.

Wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich praktisch eingerichtet und die Deko war nicht übertrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles Blitzsauber und es waren mehr Handtücher etc. da als wir gebraucht haben. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Wohnung darunter - aber durch den eigenen Eingang und die innenliegende Treppe hat man eher das Gefühl ein ganzes Haus zu mieten. Man sollte dort aber ein Auto haben - die Entfernung zum Strand von Alvor wären zwar auch zu Fuß noch machbar - es gibt aber nicht wirklich brauchbare Wege. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der keinen Trubel der Stadt sucht und mit den Geräuschen des Landes (Hähne, Vögel und Hunde) zurecht kommt. Wir werden ziemlich sicher wieder dort Urlaub machen

We hadden een paar geweldige dagen in de oude molen van Salir. Een prachtige en goedverzorgde plek met mooie bloemen en veel buitenruimte. De gastsuite blijft koel op warme dagen en heeft airconditioning. Adelmo en Rui zijn fantastische en enthousiaste gastheren. We werden verwelkomd met een rondleiding. Er stond vers fruit en eieren vsn eigen terrein voor ons klaar en koude drankjes in de koelkast. Ze gaven ons tips voor activiteiten in de omgeving en goede restaurants. Onze dochter mocht helpen met het voeren van de dieren. We maakten een mooie (berg)wandeling bij Rocha da Pena en vonden verkoeling in een natuurbad in het mooie plaatsje Alte. Het strand van Quarteira ligt op 25 minuten rijden. Als het zwembad gerepareerd is verdient deze oase 6 sterren, dank jullie wel we hebben ervan genoten!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures! The place was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The pool was a fantastic bonus. The rooms were much nicer than we anticipated, and the location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to both the city center and the old town. The host was very kind and welcoming. Although you can hear the family that lives in the house, it didn't bother us at all. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!

We were a group of 5 friends and had a very good stay at Igor's place. Igor was nice & reactive, the apartment was clean & well-appointed. The location in Faro is amazing, calm street right in the city center, close to every bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay !

Wir haben uns bei Frank und Femke jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Beide sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr sympathisch. Frank und Femke haben uns viele brauchbare Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurantempfehlungen in der Umgebung gegeben. :-) Das Appartement selbst ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. Auf dem Anwesen der Gastgeber leben viele unterschiedliche Tiere, die alle liebevoll umsorgt werden. Es war toll diese Tierliebe zu sehen. Nochmals besten Dank!

Le matelas est royal ! Avec une vue sublime en pied de lit !!! La plage est à 2 min à pied ! Le restaurant que Nina nous a conseillé est une merveille ! Nina était aux petits soin durant tout le séjour ! Le domaine est super ! Hâte d’y revenir avec plus de temps pour plus apprécier les activités ! Merci encore Nina !

The studio is set in a beautiful, tranquil rural location, with only a 15 minute drive into the historic centre of Tavira, and just over 30 minutes from Faro and the airport. The studio is comfortable, clean and very well equiped, with some lovely touches (bathrobes, beach towels etc) The hosts are very thoughtful and considerate. The heated pool was much appreciated in the slightly unpredictable spring weather.
