We had the best stay in the Palmeira Guesthouse! It is beautifully decorated and homey. We enjoyed the fresh chicken and duck eggs to start our days as well as the fresh oranges! The two dogs were lovely greeters. We’d love to enjoy the pool in the summer next time we stay!

Wir wünschten, wir hätten länger bleiben können. Was für ein wunderschöner, gemütlich und friedlicher Ort. Uns hat es an nicht gefehlt und wir vermissen den Ausblick in die Natur schon jetzt. Wir haben uns von Beginn an wie zuhause gefühlt :) Auch unser 5 jähriges Kind hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem das „versteckte“ Bett und das Trampolin fand er sehr toll. Was wir auch wirklich gut fanden war die Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeit (von Kompost bis Spülmittel etc.). Leslie war erreichbar bei Fragen und sehr freundlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Exatamente como descrito, numa zona calma e acessível ao centro da vila sem necessitar de carro. Uma vista espetacular onde se pode desfrutar de um maravilhoso pôr do Sol. A praia encontra-se, também como descrito, a cerca de 17/18 minutos a pé a andar calmamente. O apartamento estava extremamente limpo com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia aprazível. O anfitrião foi de uma simpatia e atenção tremenda, muito responsivo e claro em todas as indicações. Esperamos poder voltar em breve e recomendamos vivamente. Obrigada Luís!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im schönen Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tilo war sehr zuvorkommend und wir haben sogar extra Decken in den etwas kälteren April Tagen bekommen. Die Wohnung war schön warm im Vergleich zu Anderen in Portugal in der Jahreszeit. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Natur- und Meerblick, schöne Wanderwege und Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im charmanten Ort sind gute Cafés und Restaurants. Wir waren super zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Es muy agradable llegar al apartamento y encontrar una bienvenida con alimentos y bebidas, eso sin duda me hizo saber que Esmeralda y Fernando están pensando en sus huéspedes, es un gesto de mucha amabilidad. El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o larga, puedes estar a gusto porque todas las áreas tienen lo necesario: electrodomésticos (cafetera, calentador de agua, tostadora, sanduchera, lavadora, televisor, etc) muebles, elementos esenciales de aseo en el baño, en la duchs y cocina, la cual está equipada para cocinar; la cama muy cómoda, caja de seguridad, clóset espacioso, calefacción perfecta para el invierno. Un apartamento ideal para sentirse a gusto y conocer todo caminando, a unos metros de la estación de autobuses y del tren, el lugar silencioso tanto adentro como afuera. El apartamento es ideal para una excelente estancia en Faro.

I booked this Airbnb for my best friend’s 23rd birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was amazing, the beds were super comfortable, and we felt totally safe the entire time. Everything was spotless and beautifully kept. I let Christina know it was my friend’s birthday, and she went above and beyond—she surprised us with a cake and candles, which made the celebration even more special. Just a heads-up for future guests: there’s an additional fee for extra guests, even if there are multiple beds—so make sure to double-check the listing details. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and I’d love to stay here again!

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Apartment. Gute Ausstattung der Küche, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr sauber. Die Ferienanlage zu der die Wohnung gehört ist sehr gepflegt. Parkplatz war inklusive. Die tollen Strände der Ria Formosa sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren als dreiköpfige Familie 9 Tage im Guesthouse von Michele und Stefania. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von den Betten war eines etwas härter, eines etwas weicher, so dass für jeden etwas dabei war. Die kleine Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um ein Frühstück und gelegentlich ein Abendessen zuzubereiten. Auf eine spontane Anfrage, als wir im Supermarkt standen, haben unsere Gastgeber sofort reagiert. Unser Sohn möchte vor allem den Pool noch erwähnen, der hat ihm sehr gefallen😊 Der Weg zum Moonshine Guesthouse ist etwas abseits der Hauptstraßen, aber gut erreichbar und dafür ist die Umgebung wunderbar ruhig. Man kann von dort aus gut zu Fuß sowohl an den Strand als auch ins Stadtzentrum laufen. Wir können das Guesthaus empfehlen.

Tout s’est très bien passé pendant notre séjour. Nous avons adoré le logement et sa terrasse qui est super agréable ! Le logement est très bien placé, très bien équipé et très joli. Jorge nous a accueilli chaleureusement et communiquait avec nous de manière fluide. Il a été flexible à notre arrivée, un peu plus tôt que prévue et nous a remis les clefs en personne. Nous recommandons chaudement !

A lovely place. The location is incredible - the view is better than the pictures! Pedras d'el Rei is lots of fun and there is loads to do around and about. We had a car and that was worthwhile but if the weather is good I can imagine you could spend the whole week on site or at the beach. Would recommend. :)

Logement très bien situé, rue bruyante car il y a un restaurant en dessous mais bonne isolation sonore avec les fenêtres fermées. Chambre et salle de bain très propre. Silvia est très accueillante, elle nous a permis de laisser nos bagages avant que la chambre soit disponible et après notre départ. je recommande.

Ana's suite in Olhão was the perfect place for me to have a home base and explore the Algarve for the week. It was clean, quiet, and a very central location. The bakery around the corner was excellent. It was very comfortable for a solo traveler. I would highly recommend Ana's place. Some of my favourite activities and restaurants were: - walking tour with Ell - kayaking the coastline exploring caves with Felipe from Treasure Tours - hiking the 7 Hanging Valleys trail - cooking class in Lagos with The Kitchen (we made Cataplana) - taking the ferry and exploring the islands of Armona, Culatra and Farol - Quinta de Marim nature trail - Restaurants: Cha Cha Cha and Cestaria. Pizza na Pedro was great too when I needed a break from seafood Wonderful community and warm people. I really enjoyed my experience in Olhão.

Es war klasse! Ich wurde sehr herzlich Empfangen und habe mir direkt wie “Zuhause” gefühlt. Ich habe alleine Urlaub gemacht und es war sehr, sehr sicher. Alisa kann euch die ganzen Insider Infos geben wie zb Ausflugsziele, Restaurante oder auch Bars um gemütlich etwas zu trinken - scheut euch nicht zu fragen! Die Lage ist top. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und kommt von da in 10 Minuten zu Fuß überall hin. Gerne wieder! Danke für alles Alisa!!!! ❤️

We only stayed two nights. Perfect location… close to bus station and close to central downtown activities. What was so awesome was all the welcome gifts they left for us which we appreciated tremendously. Bottle of wine, milk, eggs, bread, etc. Thank you!

Die Wohnung von Vanda ist ganz klasse. Direkter Blick aufs Meer ,genauso aber direkt im Leben. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Markthalle, Cafés...alles vor der Nase. Ein großer Balkon zu 2 Seiten, wir haben es geliebt! Das Apartment selbst ist bestens eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Vanda ist sehr nett und wir kommen gern wieder!

Tout est disponible dans l'appartement pour passer agréable un séjour, que ce soit la cuisine tout équipée, le salon et les chambres sont de très belle taille. le barbecue est très appréciable avec une magnifique vue. Nous avons passés une semaine en famille avec nos 2 enfants de 5 et 7 ans dans le logement de Joâo, très propre avec tout à disposition . Très bien accueilli avec des petites surprises, il ne manquait absolument rien dans l’appartement. Un grand merci à Joâo , nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très beau logement facile d’accès et très mignon! Le seul petit bémol c’est qu’il manquait des ustensiles de cuisines et nous aurions aimé avoir tout ce qui est sel, poivre, huile etc.. car pour les petits séjours ça évite de tout acheter. Mais sinon tout était parfait !
