I spent a long weekend with my mother and two adult daughters revisiting my hometown of Northport. We loved our stay here! Downtown is a couple blocks away but it's quiet at night, waterfront location was beautiful, and we enjoyed the whimsy of having our own bar and putting green. Janine and Steve were attentive and helpful but not intrusive. One thing I didn't pick up on from the photos is the sleeper sofa is in the same room as the bed. For four close family gals, this wasn't an issue for us. Highly recommend.

Cozy Studio Escape with Kitchen

Serge’s place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Although the pics make it seem bigger than it really is, it is cozy and comfortable. There is even a hot plate to cook your meals. Serge is a very responsive host and a beautiful person to talk to. Any questions or issues that we had during our stay he answered very quickly and was very helpful. The place is located in a safe neighborhood with wonderful surroundings. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station LIRR and 15 minute walk to downtown. Thank you Serge for hosting us. We will stay there again.

Place was cute… looked just like pics and had a private entrance through gate which was nice. Quiet neighborhood overall except one night there was a loud party down the block. Bathroom was very small but got the job done. Nice and clean.

Beautiful beachside stay in one of my favorite corners of New York's shore. We could walk or bike over to the nearest beach, or bike over to Point Lookout. Standouts were the saline pool in the backyard (we used it every day), the extra sleep-space provided by the airbed, and the little things like the use of the bikes so we could get around so easily. We'd love to return!

South Shore Sweet Spot

The house was a wonderful place for 6 adults to stay. We gathered for a college graduation weekend and were able to cook and grill and have all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the air conditioning units and the TVs in each room. The kitchen could be a little better stocked but was adequate. The host was responsive to our needs and questions before and during the stay.

The place was exactly what we wanted: comfortable, private, with everything we needed. She even left us water bottles in the fridge, coffee, and toothbrushes/toothpaste! It was spotless. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was perfect for us, we were visiting for a concert at Jones Beach. We explored the area including outlets & mall all within 25mins from the home. I listened to other reviews and brought a small sound machine, this was helpful as the home is on a busy/loud road. At first, I thought this would bother us, but we don’t spend much time in our rentals we’re here to have fun & be out exploring. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, kitchen was very nice to add leftovers & store drinks. Living room was comfy & clean. There is no backyard access, no washer/dryer but that was ok. You park on side of home in driveway, and walk to front & up the front stairs if you have anybody with difficulties walking that would be the only downfall. Enough towels for 4 ppl as well. Had 1 small hiccup and it was resolved immediately, very responsive host. Thank you for providing us a safe, and comfy place! The next concert we attend, we will come back!

I had a wonderful overnight stay! Check-in was a breeze thanks to the host's clear and detailed instructions. There was plenty of street parking available, which made things even easier. The studio itself was cozy, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean—exactly what I needed for a comfortable night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
