Vacation rentals with a pool in Farmer's Hill

The house is situated across a small road from the beach so it’s a short track through a vacant lot. The track is definitely worth it…the beach is spectacular!! The house was comfortable and cozy. Mr. Miller is the caretaker and was wonderful ❤️. Cindy is very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion is nicer cookware and cooking utensil would have been appreciated since there not a lot of restaurants near and you end up cooking most meals. All the pots, pans are pealing off the Teflon, stainless steal would have been a better choice. There is bottles water at the house and that was so thoughtful. The pool is not heated wasn’t used as much. The pool was cleaned eveyother day, that was very nice. The view from house is a partial of the ocean, blocked by new house being built in front. Despite all that I would highly recommend this lovely beach home. One note the bugs are bad at dusk and dawn, the house had bug spray which helped tremendously. Tropic of Cancer beach is amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The caretaker made everything extremely easy and he was very responsive. The house is in the perfect location, close to Georgetown and close to the beach. It was so peaceful watching the sunrise from the patio in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. It was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed.

Great place near everything you need on the island. Super helpful hosts and answered all our questions. Will definitely be back!

Awesome stay on Tar Bay! House was set up perfect with pod style rooms. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Location was perfect, close to airport and stores. Beach was amazing and often secluded. Nemiah was always helpful. Can’t wait to be back!!

This apartment was lovely! Clean, well decorated and made you feel at home. Lots of games for kids and beachchairs and cooler too that we could use. Well equipped. Great location as central. Able to use the pool at Hideaways and access to a beautiful beach with calm waters. Tricia was a great host- friendly, approachable and helpful. Gave us really helpful suggestions and recommendations. Def recommend and hope to visit again!

Paradise Perfected!! I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and rarely is one so well appointed with such beautiful attention to detail as Flip Flops on the Hill. The home was lovely while also being cozy and comfortable which is a hard balance to strike. We were 4 couples of lifetime friends that enjoyed hours of leisurely morning coffee chats overlooking 50 shades of blue - where we easily walked to when we were ready to sit with our toes in the sand and wrapped up every evening rehashing both old and new memories on that fantastic screened porch. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jessa and Ryan's! The home is lovely and was perfect for two couples, as the two larger bedrooms with the ensuite bathrooms were private. The pool was awesome! We love a freshwater pool after days filled with salt water and sand! The water views at the property are beautiful. There really isn't water access, as the bottom is mucky and rocky. But there are tons of amazing beaches around the island to enjoy. The road into the Cays is rough. Did not bother us, but folks need to be aware. Jessa and Ryan both are extremely responsive to any questions or concerns! We all would definitely recommend Waters Edge at The Cays! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home!!! Beth

The studio at Hideaways is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, it was clean, right across the street from the beach, and had a delicious on site restaurant. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Exuma!

Marina was an absolute wonderful host. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I never felt like a burden when reaching out with questions. When we arrived she had even bought a bottle of Chardonnay for my husband and I as we were on our honeymoon. Very thoughtful. The unit was cute and perfect. It was in the back but that just made it that much more private. We would definitely stay here again!
