Apartment vacation rentals in Farmer's Hill

Jamie was a perfect host. Traveling the world, I've never met a better host. He helped us with everything and immediately solved all our little problems. Problem. One evening there was a storm that burned the control unit and we were left without electricity. I wrote to Jamie and she immediately took action to contact the electricity company (it was 9 o'clock on Sunday evening) and after less than 2 hours the matter was resolved. Same thing for Wi-Fi, in 10 minutes he solved everything. The house is wonderful, furnished with everything and even more beautiful than in the photos. It is complete with everything and Jamie is very hospitable; he provided many extras: plenty of beach towels, snorkeling equipment, chairs and umbrella for the beach, mattresses, hats and sarongs, sun cream, refrigerated backpack, spray for mosquitoes and even for sand flies, bubble bath, shampoo and conditioner and many other things. He even gave us 2 water bottles as a gift. This is the perfect house

The apartment was exactly as advertised and I would definitely stay there again! You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, basic seasonings, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc.), there was soap and paper towels, clean sheets, extra towels and bar soap. The kitchen didn’t have a chopping knife, but the host responded immediately and went to get one from the shop. The WiFi works well (put the router in the window for reception) and the AC in the bedroom is nice and cold. There is also a washing machine behind the house. For shopping, you can walk to Smitty’s in less than 15 minutes where you can buy basic supplies (eggs, milk, water, bread, etc.), but you’ll want a car if you go anywhere else as the roads don’t have sidewalks. The beaches are beautiful and you can walk to Jolly (or Jolie) Hall in less than 15 minutes! I recommend this place and enjoyed the host (owner) who was friendly and helpful!

There are no words to describe how incredible Rowena was! She offered to pick us up once we arrived and helped us get means of transportation during a busy holiday weekend. Rowena was there for us every single time we needed her and was happy to do so. The house was spotless and cool during the evenings because of the AC. There was a fridge, stove, and sink all that you need if you’re staying long and decide to buy groceries for the week. It was so sweet we got there and Rowena hd snacks all ready for us after a 15 hour ferry ride. This was THE perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay. Wish we had more time! We can not thank you enough for your warm hospitality and your thoughtfulness you definitely made our trip to the beautiful Exuma just that much better! We can’t wait to come back!!

Would definitely come back and stay at Kenyon’s place. His place was great and he is always around if you need anything. Easy to communicate with about local restaraunts or places to go. Stores are real close by for small needs like snacks and drinks. If you need any extras for the olace Kenyon will provide it for you. Will be back to stay.

Betty and Margaret were wonderful hosts. Our accommodation was rustic but there were very quick to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect.

Bella’s place was beautiful, the photos did no justice everything is modern. Felt like home away from home . You must book this place I highly recommend.

Sheila’s “Lower Deck Apartment” was a perfect jump off spot for our active family of four. Although not within practical walking distance from the beach or amenities, everything was a short drive away. Groceries, restaurants, beaches, boat rentals, etc. were nearby. You will need a rental car if you stay here, or get really good at arranging taxis. We couldn’t find snorkeling gear to rent, so we bought some where Sheila recommended and donated it to the house. The apartment is peaceful and pretty with just enough of the basics to cook most anything. The beds are plastic coated, which we figured is normal in the tropics. But it does make for noisy shifts in the night. All in all, we would like to return to Sheila’s place should Exuma be a future destination. The island is just wonderful with excellent splashing and snorkeling, and the many locals we interacted with were warm. The general easygoing vibe there affected the whole family.

I enjoyed my time at Marisa's Air bnb . It was the same as the photos and she was very helpful with answering my questions and assisting me. I will book again.

Great location and it was really nice to be able to use the Hideaway’s amenities. The Airbnb was equipped with everything you need, but I will admit the bed was a little hard and not super comfortable, but not too bad. The couch is also not the best… so it’s not great to have a group hang in the living room as options to sit are limited. But it was perfect for what I needed! Didn’t want to leave!

Had an awesome time. It was a home away from home. Check in was slow and the place is easy to find. This was our 2-3 time staying in Shenifer&Shorn units . Always responding to questions when asked. Will most likely book again

Great location and place to stay while visiting Exuma, Very clean and lots of space for the two of us or more. Convenient area to walk to splash bar across the street or to Jolly hall and enjoy the beach. Beach towels/cooler/sunscreen was also available on hand to make the most of our beach days. Clinton was very responsive and accommodating for any needs or questions. I will definitely be booking with Clinton again when returning to Exuma.

Meredith was great! She was in communication and easy to get ahold of if needed. The place was PERFECT! Looked exactly like the photos. Location was also perfect with a few restaurants and beaches within walking distance but also a short 5 min drive to Georgetown. When we come back I hope to be able to book with Meredith again.

We had an amazing stay in Exuma! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Janerese was an incredible host — so kind and helpful. She even picked us up from the airport and brought us back when we left, which made everything so easy. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Exuma!

Amazing location, great facilities, friendly & helpful staff. We brought a group and had a great stay and great time. And the food! So delicious!

Khrazia was amazing. She allowed us to check in after 7am even though check in was at 3 pm . The place was really clean and AC was on when we got in. It was extremely easy to access the keypad. Nice clean towels were on the bed and when we walked in the place smelled amazing. It was a pleasure to stay there . She was also very responsive. Perfect for a weekend getaway and very close to town. That’s what we loved .

Another wonderful stay at MaryAnn and Elvis's place! Always accommodating, quick to respond, and helpful. The place is clean, on a beautiful and quiet beach, and the restaurant is great!

We had a lovely stay at Bonefish La Vista. Jott the property manager was fantastic and made sure we had all the island information we needed as well as making sure we were okay during the stay. The beach location is incredible and the apartment ticked all our boxes. A fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again if/when we revisit Exuma!

Fina's home is clean and welcoming with lots of extra amenities! The top floor offers scenic tranquility with views of the beautiful bonefish flats and sandbars, perfect for kayakers and anglers. Clear instructions on where to go and what to do was very helpful. A must experience for those looking for a truly relaxing getaway.

The stay was amazing, beautiful views,with a peaceful environment. It was very clean and comfortable in the inside. I would definitely come back again for my next visit.

Aunty kays place was amazing but what made i more amazing was her, she made the arrival, the stay the night the ALL incredibly amazing. she is amazing and loving and treats you has if you are her family. i will definitely recommend this place to everyone and will come back for sure.

Great location. Right on the beach. More rustic than luxurious if that’s your vibe welcome to paradise. The community and people you will meet are far more beautiful than any 5 star resort. Levi is an outstanding host! The family is very welcoming and will do whatever it takes to make things convenient. If you are looking for local knowledge of the water ways good luck finding someone better! Thank you Captain!
