This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Immersed in the breathtaking countryside, the home is located close to the center of Ceglie Messapica. Wir waren im Dezember im Haus von Giulia. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen ruhigen Olivenhain in der Nähe des Radweges und vieler Trullo Häuser. Das Haus ist komfortabel, hell, trocken und sehr sauber und auch im Dezember gut heizbar mit dem Pelletofen und einer Klimasplitanlage. Der Pelletofen bringt einen warmen Feuerschein in die Küche und wärmt gemütlich. Durch den Wintergarten kann man zu jederzeit Helligkeit genießen. Giulia ist gut erreichbar und antwortet auf Probleme und Fragen, bei Störungen im Haus (Havarien) kommt unmittelbar jemand vorbei und löst das Problem. Vielen Dank, wir, eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern, hatten hier eine sehr gute Erholungszeit.

Une petite maisonnette aux allures de cabane de luxe, tout simplement merveilleuse, pleine de charme à deux pas de la très belle OSTUNI et en plein cœur des Pouilles. Tout était impeccable, magnifiquement décoré, extrêmement soigné. Olenka a été une hôte pleine d’attentions (oui, ça fait plaisir d’avoir de l’eau pour son séjour, un petit paquet de pâtes et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner le matin de son arrivée ; et ça fait plaisir d’avoir un petit message au milieu du séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien et si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit). Bref, que dire ? Que tout était parfait et que notre seul regret, c’était de ne pas rester plus. Un grand merci à Olenka pour son accueil et à une prochaine fois. Marina

Magnifique séjour dans un petit paradis. La propriété de Maria Carla et Giorgio est très bien conçue avec différents espaces de détente, elle est située dans un environnement authentique entouré de trulli. Idéale pour une famille. Giorgio est un hôte à la fois discret, disponible et dans l’échange. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
