In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Vasso and her family gave us a positive unforgettable stay. Near the house was a supermarket, the sea and also a gas station if you have a rental vehicle. The sea is very suitable for kitesurfing. Rhodes city/old town is 30 minutes away by car. There are many beautiful beaches and they are relatively easy to reach from the property (with a vehicle whether car, quad, motorcycle or scooter) We will be happy to come back.

Well, Miranda's place is like back in time. It's like you just discovered that you have a long lost cousin that have this house that is never changed for the last 150 years. A gorgeous old style house, exactly like your grandmother left it to you... You can't describe enough the house, the photos doesn't make justice at all. Then you find that your lost cousin is Miranda, a person that is hard to find these days. I don't have words to describe how perfect she is as a host. Not just a host. A friend.

A shaded patio area features a small round table topped with a vase of fresh flowers. Behind, vibrant bougainvillea blooms cascade from a trellis, creating a lively backdrop. A stone pathway leads to the entrance of the bungalow, adding charm to the outdoor space.

Best place I ever stayed! I really loved staying at this beautiful house. Angeliki was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, very nice modern furniture, everywhere mosquito nets and blindfolds. Well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is just amazing and there are so many different seating spots. The beach is in walking distance and it is a very calm area. Just peaceful to wake up there. Will definitely stay again.

Beach house in Fanes: ideal for kite surfing

We spontaneously decided on kitesurfing holidays on Fanes and came across this accommodation. For this type of vacation the property is perfect (2 min walk from the Meltemi kite club, plenty of space and garden hose available). The place was significantly better than shown in the pictures (very bright, super quiet location, sea and sunset view, 2 bathrooms with shower & toilet). One small drawback is that the air conditioning is located in the living-dining area, so it was quite warm in the bedroom. In addition, there was a slightly damp smell in the cottage at the beginning. A car is strongly recommended, as the shopping facilities are about a 20-minute walk away. We would definitely stay at this place again.

A modern bathroom is presented with natural materials, featuring dual round sinks above a wood vanity. The walls are adorned with warm-toned tiles, and soft lighting is provided by mirrors. A walk-in shower with glass panels and minimal fixtures complements the space.

The four of us had a nice week there. The place is located in a small place, with a super nice restaurant right outside the front door. The beach can be reached quickly by car. The path is a little longer on foot. The house is very modern and has everything you need for the holiday.
