Enjoy a newly built guesthouse of 47 sqm where everything is new and fresh. Close to swimming, golf and 800 meters to Falsterbo Horse Show. Parking with charging area is included. During the last long weekend at Falsterbo Horse Show, Thursday, July 10 - Sunday the 13th, the guesthouse is only rented to a tenant. The guesthouse is dimensioned for 4 people, with a double bed and two single beds upstairs, however, there is also a comfortable sofa downstairs to sleep in, which makes me accept 5 guests.

Welcome to rent a bright and newly built guesthouse with a central location on beautiful Falsterbonäset. The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. By bike, most are reached within 4 to 10 minutes, ranging from padel courses, Falsterbo pier/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the nose and nice restaurants, cold bath houses, Skanörs harbor/beach, etc. on the other side of the nose.

Cozy guesthouse near the sea in Falsterbo.

Cozy guest cottage on the plot for rent. There is a secluded patio and if you come with children, they will of course both bounce in our trampoline and play in the garden's climbing position. Cycling distance to beach, golf and restaurants. The cottage is quite small and accommodates one double bed ( 140 cm ) and one sofa bed ( 120 cm) when made out. It is possible to sleep 2 children on the sofa bed. The kitchen is a step kitchen, perfect for breakfast and easier cooking.

En sommardröm nära både Skanörs och Falsterbos stränder och golfbanor. Huvudhuset har två sovrum. Ett rum med dubbelsäng med en spjälsäng och ett med en enkelsäng. Ett stort vardagsrum med AC och en fin inglasad veranda med plats för cirka 10 personer. Det finns två gäststugor med totalt 4 sängplatser. Två i vardera stuga. Huset ligger nära stränder, golfbanor och restauranger. Trädgården på 1300 kvm är hund och barnvänlig med staket runt hela tomten.

Close to the beach, golf courses and the riding stadium, this tiny house is set in a garden behind a villa, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a busstop 100 m away, and also parking on the street if you come by car. There is a small bench and table outside if you would like to eat or drink coffee in the garden on warmer days. There is a lockbox for convenient self-check-in. Supermarket about 10-15 min walking distance.

This tiny cottage fits perfectly for couples or single travellers (one pet allowed) who is looking for a cosy place with a friendly host! You will be able to sit outside to enjoy your meal or coffee. It´s a 20 minute walk to the beach, or rent bikes to explore Skanör/Falsterbo with ease. Drive to Copenhagen in 45 minutes across the Oresund bridge. Public transport close by, less than five minutes to the bus stop.

We had a really nice time in the tiny house! It was super cozy, clean and furnished with a lot of love – you can immediately tell that hosts are at work here with heart. The surroundings were simply fantastic – totally quiet and in the middle of nature, exactly what we needed. The contact was also super friendly and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come again at any time. Absolute recommendation – thanks for a great stay!

Nice and cozy guesthouse with good and quiet location in Falsterbo. The cottage is not far from the beach which can be reached both by bike or on foot. A great spot to relax. Nahale and Erik are two friendly and thoughtful hosts who respond quickly and are always helpful with questions.

Super nice accommodation in Falsterbo! Very fresh, nice sheets, nice decor in the cabin you live in and very nice private bathroom! There is also an incredibly nice patio to enjoy a simpler dinner on! Just a few minutes from the beach. Lenah and her husband are super nice and they have an amazing garden! Thank you!
