Vacation rentals with a pool in Falmouth

We just spent 5 days here and we're very happy with the location, communication, amenities and cleanliness of the house. We had a couple issues with needing help with things and Devon was very quick and responsive at solving them as quickly as possible for us. I would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone, and plan to return when we come back. Thank you for hosting us!

The property has stunning views that were truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil home away from, which was exactly what we were for. During our stay in Jamaica, we chose to rent a car; however, for people who may not feel comfortable navigating a foreign country, taxi fares can be high. Murine, the house manager, was outstanding and treated us like family. Hector, the groundskeeper, was also very kind. Although we arrived late at 7 PM, Murine was there to welcome us at the gate, give us a tour, and clarify how everything worked. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything one might need for cooking, and there is a coal grill situated by the fire pit. The pool is large, and the hot tub nice at night. We are looking forward to returning next year! As For supermarkets, HiLo supermarket offers the best prices, while Progressive Foods has a better selection, both have parking and easy access to other nearby shops. We came down for our grandma's funeral, but felt very at home here. The house was clean, well maintained, beautiful and very peaceful. The property was safe, had great views and the Puerto Seco beach being very close by and our access to enter was an added bonus. Curreina was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out to her. She made us feel right at home. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.

Janet was an exceptionally awesome host, I cannot say enough about her and her place. I have never stayed in a place SO CLEAN! Janet thought of everything anyone could possibly need! Upon our arrival she met us at the gate gave us a quick guided tour of her place. We were also welcomed with a fresh pitcher of rum punch. Right from making our reservation Janet was always in touch with us from giving us direction to her place & if needed she would pick us up at airport. She sent us suggestions of awesome places to go & things to do. Janet also had us down for Puerto Seco Beach that we were admitted in free any day for our entire stay. And her pool the BEST!! I highly recommend Courtyard By the Bay, We will Be returning there on next trip to Jamaica, I would not even ever consider staying anywhere else! On a rating of 1-10 she gets a 20 from us.

Very nice place , very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, house is amazing, very cleaned , very well put together, terrific hosts , felt at home . Highly recommend this place . 5 star all the way , I want to say thank you again and again .

This was our second stay at Deserene place which speaks to the fact that we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay. Her place was just like it was in her pictures, clean, neat and welcoming. This was a more relaxing vacation and at Deserene’s place , we accomplished our goal. The view from the balcony was awesome and peaceful in viewing the ocean. Love the food at the restaurants and the service. It was also very nice that we were able to enjoy the nightly entertainment at the facility. Should you need to enjoy local restaurants outside the property, there were a few which we took advantage of. Lastly, Deserene was always very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Many thanks again Deserene, we will be back soon

Gabbi was great everything was great I cannot make this up, so responsive to my needs added extra guest and she made it happen. Book book book I loved the space and the ac works soo good lol felt back at home

The individual units are maintained properly but the exterior common areas need maintenance, especially the courtyard and walkway tiles. The pool area is dilapidated, and the property managers need to upgrade and remodel the bar and shaded areas. However, the property is a beautiful location.

I was last minute in getting somewhere to book and had a hard time finding somewhere to accommodate the number of people in my party. I sent a message explaining that I had one over his maximum recommended, and he allowed me to do the booking. He was very responsive. My family and I had a great time and would definitely book again.

Hanks place was just as described and amazing. The view was fantastic and we loved how the home was equipped with everything. Waking up to the view and just relaxing on the porch in the evining was the best part of our stay. Our toddler loved hanging out on the porch and on the property. Hanks suggestion of the taxi driver, Dwayne was rhe best! He took care of us very well and was always punctual. Highly recommend him if anyone is looking for taxi. We would love to stay at Hanks when we return to Montego Bay.
