From the moment we arrived, Kerry made us feel right at home. They are incredible host—warm, thoughtful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. The cabin itself was the definition of cozy—immaculate, well-stocked, and full of charm. We loved the little touches that made it feel extra special. And the setting? Absolutely beautiful. Nestled in the quiet countryside, it was the perfect place to unwind, drink coffee on the porch, and take in the sounds of nature. It was peaceful, private, and gave us exactly the reset we needed. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Kerry for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

"AMAZING GRACE" barndominium near Waco, Baylor!

This barndominium was super cute, such a peaceful location, and the host was great about answering my questions. We had a family, girl trip and had such a great time hanging out, and enjoying the fire pit. The home was roomy enough to be comfortable in our own rooms, and great kitchen and living area. Even the bathrooms with multiple sectioned off areas, allowed showering to be separate from potty areas. Such a great layout. If visiting the area again, we’d love to stay again.

Our stay was perfect! The details of the home are lovely, and they considered every aspect of what could possibly be needed or wanted during our stay. Our pups were welcomed, too, and the yard was terrific for them to run, play, and burn some energy. Thank you, Hodson family, for being magnificent hosts.

The Red Barn & Bed

Tracy’s barn house is so cute! We loved how homey it felt and the outdoor area is very relaxing. It was an easy drive into Waco so we had no problems getting to and from the airbnb and the stadium and campus sights! Tracy also was very responsive and was kind enough to leave us supplies so we could start the bonfire and do a smores night under the stars! One thing to note is it doesn’t comfortably sleep 10. Our group was 9 but with the 3 bedrooms (2 queens in each room and 2 twins in the 3rd) and a side nook with a single bed attached to the master, the 4th couple ended up staying with family! There were also only 7 towels so it worked out fine with us but may need to request extra in case! There’s also a big dog that hung out with us while we did our bonfire and because we’re all dog lovers, we didn’t mind Baker at all. A super sweet and gentle dog but can be scary if you’re not expecting him. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay with them again in the future!!

Our weekend stay at Nancy’s place was great. Leading up to the trip, she was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We were a large group, and the place was more than adequate for all of our needs. Two dining room tables, a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could need for cooking for all 17 of us, a huge beautiful yard for the kids to play, and lots of separate sleeping spaces. We had zero issues with wifi, check-in, hot water in the showers, etc. Everything was clean and beautiful. Feeding Reagan, the horse, were the two most anticipated moments of each day for all of the kiddos. We would definitely recommend staying at Bluebonnet Run.

Great place for my extended family to stay. Pool hot tub was great place to relax after the busy day. This place was perfect and the pictures were right on.

This home is incredible!! Absolutely loved everything. Quiet, super clean, garage, laundry, soaking tub and very comfortable bed. Would love to stay again. Owner was super helpful when we had to find a place to stay last minute at 6:00 p.m. Beautiful fenced in backyard too!

This place was wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated and was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! There was an abundance of towels which is such a dream when you’re traveling with kids! The backyard was a dream and we all spent a lot of time out there. It was so close to everything we wanted to see in Waco! The hosts were so thoughtful with all the little things they provided in their beautiful home to share with others! We would love to come back and stay again someday :)!
