Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.
