High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and property for yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. Small, newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in a rural and natural setting, only 1 km from the E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and very close to cozy hiking trails in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 10 km away is Hörsångs sea swimming area. Norabygden also offers strawberry picking spots such as Rödhällorna, Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten's fäbovall and the magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, you can also walk the High Coastal Trail.

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Amazing ocean view – Cozy cabin in the High Coast

Welcome to a small & cozy cabin located in the heart of the High Coast. Mountains, bays and the sea make up a fantastic scenery. Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grill and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Here you live a 10-minute walk from Kramfors city center and travel center if you want to leave the car and take excursions by train or bus. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
