Villa vacation rentals in Fajardo

This was our second time staying at Sonia's place in Solimar. The fact that we returned should tell you that we love it. The neighborhood is beautiful, well-kept, has a great pool, and the beach is easily accessible. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The pack-and-play was set up and waiting for us when we arrived, the AC worked great, the backyard patio area was as charming as always, and everything worked perfectly. I'm sure we'll be back again someday!

We had a great experience staying here, even with the unexpected island-wide power outage that occurred during our stay. Ramon went above and beyond to make sure we were okay—super responsive, helpful, and reassuring throughout--and checked in regularly to make sure our generator was working and that we had power. He kept us updated, offered thoughtful solutions, and truly made us feel cared for despite the circumstances. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had BEAUTIFUL outdoor spaces (front porch with amazing view, outdoor shower in the back). Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing Airbnb experience in Farjado!

Kelvin’s place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in! The backyard views are amazing! Also very close to lots of great restaurants and the kiosks! Kelvin suggested La Parrilla for dinner and it was amazing! Hoping I am able to visit Puerto Rico again soon and stay here another time! This place was absolutely beautiful! If you love the real island living, you will love this place! My family of 6 fit comfortably in the house, everything was spotless! The beds were comfortable and waking up to the rosters and catching the amazing sunrises were invaluable! We loved walking the little neighborhood and walking along the beach. The seaweed was a little difficult but Loquillo beach and seven seas beach are close distance and worth going to if you want a day of swimming. The house had everything we needed and such a peaceful experience! Would absolutely return!

Ocean Casa has one of the most gorgeous views you’ll ever experience! I could sit out on the veranda every day and take in the natural beauty of the ocean, smaller islands and the lovely town of Las Croabas. The house was comfortable and modern, and the pool was fabulous! Yadira was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

Kelvin was exceptional in his communications, we had some minor issues which he took care of promptly. We were there during an island wide power outage and had no problems at all, since the airbnb has a backup generator. Kelvin even brought us a fan, and kept us informed throughout, even in the middle of the night. Really appreciate his attentiveness. We cooked some basic meals while there but there are great restaurants around and things to do (Luquillo beach and kiosks, rainforest adventures, Fajardo). Thanks Kelvin!

We had a blast staying here for a birthday party with a group of seven. The views are just stunning, and the house had everything we could possibly need for a great time. Yesi, the house manager, was super helpful and friendly—she even coordinated a last-minute request for a driver for our group, which was amazing! Plus, she had great recommendations for us as well. The welcome documents from the host were really detailed, making it easy to figure out what to do and where to go in the city. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Me and my friend spent five days in this beautiful villa, and I can say we are absolutely happy with it! The place has beautiful tropical surroundings, the closest beach is only 12 minutes driving. The bedrooms are clean, the furniture and all appliances are in a great condition. The host provided with several recommendations about local events and restaurants. This is really good place to spend time in Puerto Rico 👍

We just returned from an amazing stay at this jungle‐hilltop retreat! The house itself is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly positioned to take in those lush mountain views—especially from the pool deck, where each sunset felt like a private show. Our hosts were wonderfully attentive, always on hand with thoughtful suggestions for local trails, dining spots, and any little thing we needed. As for the driveway, we’d heard it might be tricky, but in our small SUV it proved totally manageable—and honestly added a bit of adventurous charm. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving comfort, privacy, and spectacular panoramas!

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

Arturo's place was a lovely space tucked "away from it all" near the El Yunque rainforest! There were soft beds, plenty of big fluffy towels, and all the space and things you would need to bring a family to enjoy beautiful Puerto Rico. Note that the property is situated about an hour from Old San Juan, and roughly 30 minutes from groceries or coffee or restaurants if you plan to venture off property. The property is part of the St. Regis Resort and sprawling forested acreage. You will definitely need to rent a golf cart or car, or pack your walking shoes as the restaurants and gym are each about a mile from the condo. But the space is so beautiful, you may not mind the walk. Bonus points for the Calypso team for knowing that the property may be intimidating to the first time visitor and giving a tour upon arrival. Also, if you are a gym goer like me, note that the gym that is accessible for the condo is VERY well appointed--it has a full barbell set up, tons of dumbbells, cardio machines, and weight machines. You have no excuse to slack on your workouts to earn your poolside fruity drink. Being on the St. Regis property, you should definitely take advantage of their pool and amenities. The service at the resort is absolutely impeccable. Expect to pay very inflated resort/St. Regis prices for everything while you're at anything on property, but fortunately you've got a well appointed kitchen in the condo if this is an issue for you. One thing to note that really no one on earth can control: the property is in a rainforest with native coqui frogs the chirp ALL. NIGHT. LONG. I always plan for having ear plugs and white noise when I travel, but keep in mind that if you don't there will be a constant din of chirping as you sleep. You will probably get used to it an not even notice at some point, but if you're sensitive to what I call extraneous noises, be advised. All in all, I would definitely visit again!

Jose was great host and the place was absolutely beautiful. Very secluded and private with a private pool we enjoyed almost every evening. Was a nice treat to have a welcome basket with coffee and some snacks. We had an issue with the stove not starting and contacted Jose who got someone out there to fill up the tank the next day. If you are looking for a nice place basically in the rainforest and a short drive to San Juan (30-45 minutes) this is your place

Kevin was an amazing host. Very responsive, communicative, flexible, & helpful. We had a problem getting rental cars & he offered to pick some of us up & proceeded to wait at the air port for us. He waited over an hour past check in time for us. Then he met us at the gate and personally showed us the way to the BNB. He gave us a tour of the house & a bunch of local recommendations for different things to do. He was professional but also personable and was very easy going, down to earth. We had 10 people - 2 cars but only one clicker for the gate, he made arrangements to get us another clicker a couple days into the stay to make things easier on us. Our wifi was down first day & the owner got us a whole new set up the next morning. No matter the time I reached out with questions, I received an answer within a couple minutes. The area where the BNB is located is gorgeous, private, gated. Needless to say if you’re staying in Rio Grande this is going to be one of the best places to go.

This was the perfect family getaway! The home is peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our kids absolutely loved the pool — it was the highlight of every day! 🌞 The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy spaces to relax and unwind. The location felt private but still close enough to explore the beach and El Yunque. The hosts made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing family spot in Puerto Rico with a mix of nature, comfort, and fun — this is the one!

This place is everything! This place is truly magical. I travel 60% of the year and most of those are in Airbnb‘s. This place is now in my top 10. The pictures don’t do it justice! We stayed here and hung out at this resort style home for the majority of our trip. There was no need to go anywhere other than the beach and tours. Communication was top-notch, and hospitality was stellar. I would recommend everybody stay here. Our family really had a spiritual experience in this beautiful home everything is as described or better.
