Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fajardo

The GPS pin provided seemed to want us across the street but we soon found Yani's place and were very happy with the oasis awaiting within. I see the listing now includes and exterior photo of the house, so that helps. We immediately took advantage of the pool and spa before heading out for dinner. Yani was very helpful and provided many recommendations for restaurants, stores and attractions. I'd add Panaderia Monte Brisas -- not far from the Pueblo supermarket -- for take-out breakfast and pastry; a relative bargain worth the wait. The house was well appointed and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I overlooked in the listing that there was no washer/dryer, which we were wanting at this point in our trip, but it wasn't a big deal. Just be aware. As it happens, an island-wide power outage occurred an hour before our return flight departed. The house has a backup power supply, so it's comforting to know that at least the necessities would have been available to us.

Teisa and Emilio were the most gracious hosts I’ve ever experienced on Airbnb! Their property was beautiful, spacious, and so clean. The snacks and water/soda were added bonuses. Coffee and tea first thing in the morning with a gorgeous view. Near Luquillo and El Yunque. Honestly they treated us like family and had great suggestions on where we should go. Wished we stayed longer and will definitely book again!!

Our stay at “Blue Turtle” was perfect for my two teen boys, husband and myself. The location was absolutely beautiful with a constant ocean breeze cooling the outside area where I loved enjoying my coffee while watching the sunrise. The inside was immaculate and decorated to match their heartfelt blue turtle theme. Great location close to great restaurants and activities in which all were listed recommendations from the host, Victor. Las. Vistas Cafe a block away is a must for the best breakfast and hospitality one could ask for. The bioluminescence bay tours also a walk away was the highlight of our trip!! Victor was responsive, clear and super helpful in all his communications to us. We want to return already. A lovely home away from home!!

Great spot for a base camp for exploring the NE part of the island. We had 2 families of 4 and were pleased with everything: the space, the amenities, the communication. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible experience with Rafael . He is very friendly attentive and helpful. The place is outstanding very clean and new. Neighbor hood it’s very quiet and neighbors are nice and friendly. If you stay here you will feel safe and you will have everything close by. 7 seas , Walmart , Walgreens ,gas stations and many restaurants to go to. Also the natural reserve and Kayak experience is minutes away. We will definitely be coming back soon!! Thanks Rafael.

loved the place, great location easy to get to the Rainforest and seven sea beach. easy drive to local restaurants and there is a great bakery just 5 min walk down the street. highly recommend Elisa's place. Great host and has everything you need to go to the beach and feel right at home.

We had a great time at Joel’s place. My kids loved it, everything was clean and comfortable.

Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

Great Place! Very clean and a wonderful property with a great view overlooking the golf course. Our family of 4 was very comfortable at the condo all week. The beach and beach club are very close and is beautiful, the entire resort is very well maintained. We rented a car which I would recommend if you are planning to stay in that area because there are many things to go and see. The restaurants at the Wyndham Hotel on site were very good and convenient. We found quite a few very nice local restaurants as well. The car comes in handy driving around the resort as well because it is huge. The location of Rio Mar is a great spot for taking day trips to rainforest, Old San Juan, Seven Seas Beach, Loquillo and many other spots. The hosts provided great and friendly communication via text and were super responsive when any small issue came up. Thank you for a wonderful stay. - Kirk

Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was excellent.tThe beach was amazing, great for riding the waves and walking. The parking and access was so close to her place.The pool was spectacular and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The home had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for our family of four. The host was excellent—responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place. Beautiful beach, peaceful surroundings, a very comfortable apartment. The only problem may be the pool access as the guards at the pool gate let only “owners” in on weekends. The apartment owner was very responsive and helped us to feel home there. We don’t usually travel to the same location twice but I feel we may make an exception here!

Overall great stay. Really enjoyed having access to the entire property—we checked out the Boathouse, the Residences' pool/beach, the St. Regis pool/beach—it's truly a gorgeous property. Only complaints were paper cuts: A/C was inconsistent across rooms, getting in/out of the actual complex requires a manual conversation with security every time, resort passes didn't work 100% for all amenities, but none of this materially impacted the stay. Would definitely return!

Had a wonderful experience staying at this property with grandparents, parents, and kids. Everybody had their own room and the amenities were just what we needed. Pool was relatively small but all were pleased. Great launchpad for El Yunque, great local restaurants and local beaches — all about 15 to 20 minute drive away from the house. Reasonable drive to Fajardo for bio bay. Things to know: - the “beach” across the street isn’t sandy or swimmable. Mostly shallow seagrass. I did see some very little kids romping around in the water or trudging around in reef shoes. For the white sands and turquoise water you came to PR for, you’ll need to drive 20ish minutes to Luquillo. - in the morning and evening there were voracious biting insects. We got dozens of bites hanging out in the pool. Insect repellent is a must and not 100% effective. We had better luck hanging out during the daytime and on the second and third story balconies. - rental car is a must

Carmen was a wonderful host. The only downfall was there wasn’t any cable or tv’s. This was an unexpected finding from previous guests but Carmen went out of her way to help us obtain Wifi access so we could get the kids some screen time
