Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Fajardo

Perfect space for a couple looking for a private getaway. The private pool was the highlight. Loved the bed. Overall, the space was very comfortable and we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, very close to amazing food, about 10-15 mins from beaches, and the apt was exceptionally clean. Wifi wasn’t all that great but it was fine with us as we were always out and about during our stay. We had our own parking spot (a car will def be needed) and entrance and Joe C. made sure to give us some good recommendations when we first arrived. Something was wrong with one of the toilets on our first night and we told Joe C. about it the next morning, within minutes she had someone fixing it while we went out to grab breakfast. She was such a sweetheart and couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This place was awesome! If you looking for an outside experience this is it! Host was great and responsive. Outside shower and hot tub was amazing! Would definitely come back here. Issac is the man!

Elise was an amazing host. Alex was incredibly helpful as well. This view is even better than the pictures. The beach wasn’t overcrowded at all. It was fun playing in the waves on this part of the beach. So many restaurants to choose from that are in walking distance. The Puerto Rican rum shot in the fridge was such a nice touch. I will definitely be back one day soon :)

This was my first time in Puerto Rico, and this place was great. It has awesome views and is within walking distance of a decent amount of stuff. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again on my next trip to PR!!!

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

Great Place , Adiatna is very friendly and helpful . Our trip was brief just two full days ,everything we wanted to do and see was close. The restaurant across the street was the best !

I love this place! It was so beautiful! Great place for pics and videos lol I just wish it was closer to San Juan but the 45-1 hour drive was worth it

This place was amazing, the area was very quiet and the amenities made the stay peaceful and tranquil, the house was perfect for my family of five and we even had a cat that would come and hang out with us everyday!! We named her Suki but she had a collar so she may have been someone’s pet she is a dark grey ball of fun. We are grateful for the hospitality and the amazing stay we had while here!!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

Overall easy check in and out. Place was cozy and clean. Unfortunately there was an island wide power outage that happened while we were away at a beach but the host reached out very quickly to let us know what was going on. They have a backup solar panel as well. Everything as described! The location was conveinant. I'll be booking again when we return to the island. Check the house to see what you need before going out to buy things for your stay because it may be there, like seasonings for cooking LOL! We didn't and bought to much so the next guests will have items we had to leave behind. Overall 10 out of 10.

Thank you Larry for an awesome stay for our first time visiting Puerto Rico- it won’t be the last! Our stay was peaceful, magical, and we are really going to miss your chickens and the local kitties greeting us. The house was well stocked and walkable to many cute restaurants and the beach. My daughters didn’t want to leave! We would love to stay here again. Larry was an awesome host and just a super nice guy

The house was absolutely beautiful and clean! It is in a great location and has everything you need. The rooms were spacious, clean and organized, all the A/C in the house worked perfectly and over all we loved it. Thank you Rosa for everything.

We had an amazing vacation with a group of 13 at Rosa’s Air B&B. Highly recommend as it is ~30 min from Airport, ~2 to 3 min walk to a beautiful beach, ~10 min walk to kiosks, ~25 min drive to some amazing charters to Islands for snorkeling and pristine beaches, multiple outdoor areas for relaxing and cooking and safe. Great for groups with the 4 individual units providing great personal and group spaces. We loved the pool (note the waterfall is on from ~2 to 9p). Highly recommend and would easily book this property again for a large group. If booking an individual unit, there are still plenty of spaces for multiple groups.

Muy buena la experiencia. Les recomiendo que lleven sábanas extras porque hace bastante frío mientras duermes. Todo muy limpio y equipado, la encargada responde muy rápido! La piscina no estaba helada como pensé que estaría, tenía muy buena temperatura. 💯

Our stay in this beach condo was so perfect! Being so close to the beach and having everything we needed, made our trip very special. We spent countless hours at the beach, on the patio, and we could not stopping boogie boarding in the waves! Thank you Eric and Sheila for having the space for such an amazing getaway!

Carmen’s condo was perfect for our week stay in Fajardo! Very comfortable and the waterfront view can’t be beat for watching pelicans. The location is ideal — just a few minutes drive to fantastic restaurants, marinas for taking boat tours, and beautiful beaches. We’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1st half of our trip and have to say we loved the location. The views and ocean breezes every night were amazinng. Security was always very friendly and helpful, making us feel very safe the entire time. Would definitely recommend. Although stayiing on the 19th floor is incredible, just be aware the elevators stilllll do not stop at odd #floors.

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.

Nice private getaway experience on an island. We enjoyed our time and would recommend this place.
