What a beautiful condo. We loved the ocean views and comfy chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - air fryer, microwave, oven and stove, toaster oven, tons of dishware, dishware for small children, etc! The washer and dryer were so convenient and the AC was nice and cold. It was apparent the condo was well loved and cared for. There were lots of nice extras including extra towels and blankets, pool and beach toys, beach chairs, etc. We also took advantage of there being 3 TVs. We loved the property grounds and spent many evenings at the pool after going to the beach. Playa Azul was gorgeous with waves, and Playa de Luquillo was calm and had good food. Our favorite was the quiet area between the two, it felt like a private island! Karen was very responsive to any messages before and during our trip. She was a gem to work with and I would be happy to recommend her property to anyone staying in the area.

Garry’s place was the perfect getaway! Away from the hustle & bustle of San Juan, tucked into the boating district of Fajardo this location is perfect for anyone looking to relax and be within driving distance of adventure. Plenty of activities to do close by, and beaches to relax on afterward. Woke up every morning to the sunrise shining through our window with an ocean view and the sound of the waves. Couldn’t ask for much more! Felt safe, the place was spotless, I can’t recommend Garry’s place enough!

Chacky's Beach House Paradise Island Getaway!

We were a group of 6 women for my friend's bachelorette. The location is unbeatable being so close to Luquillo Beach but also having your own private beach view. We couldn't access the private beach because of the high tide and rocks, but the view is stunning. And the place had everything we needed except an oven. The only thing to note is that the place was smaller than I had expected from the photos. Mainly the living/dining/kitchen combo room which is small but this didn't really affect us because we were out of the place most of the time. Also, the bunkbeds aren't too comfortable with 2 adults in the bottom bunk which is to be expected. I think this place would be absolutely perfect for a couple with their kids or a small group (4-5 max). I would definitely stay here again with a smaller group.

My stay was fantastic! Upon my arrival there was an island-wide blackout and Hector was very quick to inform me about power to the building. He quickly put my nerves at ease and provided supplies for my stay. Thankfully the power came back in less than 12 hours, and everything was in working order. I have to say, the view is pretty incredible. Almost feels like you’re on the balcony of a cruise ship! The bedroom air conditioning was great. The kitchen had great cooking utensils, pots, pans, and plates, and even had coffee, creamer, and sugar for the perfect cup of coffee. Now I will say, the walk up the stairs from the parking lot to the lobby was a little confusing at first, but once I found my way, it was pretty easy. Also had really great WiFi with a tv that streams anything you want from your phone. And one of the best touches was that there were beach supplies to use! And a cooler too! By far an awesome stay. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to the island.

This place is a hidden gem for nature lovers! The house was perfect for us to be surrounded by nature. And Felipe was so friendly and welcoming. The drive to the house was an adventure with sloping hills that made the experience even better.

This house was a great break from San Juan! We enjoyed taking lots of pictures of endemic birds as there were quite a few lifers for us and even an iguana hanging out in the trees. Host was extremely responsive and stopped by to help us when we needed it. She even sent us pictures of the bathrooms ahead of time so we could determine what kind of mobility equipment to bring. Our kids loved playing in the pool. One end is deep but there were plenty of pool noodles and even a small life jacket. Lots of beach toys to build sand castles, snorkels and fins, chairs, and umbrellas. Beds were comfy and there are AC units in each of the bedrooms. Please note that there isn't hot water but there are heating elements above each of the showers to help make the water warm. House is really breezy when you open all the windows and we loved the coquis at night. If we are ever in Puerto Rico, we will definitely consider staying here again! Check out Bungalu for a great meal down the hill

Loved this home!!! I will definitely be back. Everything was clean, just like the pictures, and beautifully decorated. The home felt so modern and comfortable. I would recommend getting a rental car for easier travels and there’s an overhang car port for your vehicle. Board games, beach equipment, hammocks, backyard, front yard games, tree swing, etc. made it so much fun to stay home during my vacation. I am so excited to come back to this home! We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the house looks updated and has everything you need. Jasmine was so helpful with the few questions we had. It’s a very peaceful area and the river that is close (5 minutes walk) was a gem! We would love to come back and stay there!

Great place perfect location near the ocean and less than 50 feet from the resort pool. Well appointed even with a bit smaller space my family of 6 found space to crash at the end of adventures as well as play games and enjoy food brought home from the great restaurants at the main road entrance. I would gladly stay there again close to rain forest the beaches San Juan and a joyride away from many things PR has to offer. Hosts were great and super responsive. Overall great stay!!

Me and my group had a wonderful time here and would recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation close to some beautiful beaches. It’s a little separated from everything so be prepared for long walks and/or uber drives (which are relatively cheap in this area). My only wish is that Jesus would’ve provided more information about the amenities offered with the Airbnb; there was an outdoor shower (not inclosed) as well as multiple chairs and beach items that were free to use that we didn’t discover until a few days into our stay. Other than that Jesus was always responsive if we had any questions and was a great host overall!

The backyard area features a green lawn with a red and white striped chair. Nearby, wooden picnic tables provide seating under the shade of trees. A playful swing set is visible, along with a colorful umbrella offering shade on the deck.

Thanks for making our stay very comfortable! We loved the condo and the people around the area. They were very helpful when it came to the little things of just getting around and having great communication skills.

This place is absolutely amazing. Very spacious, both balconies are perfect for the views and relaxing. Professor Giuseppe went above and beyond on a Sunday night at 8:30 when our other rental fell through. Price is beyond reasonable for the palace you get. We will be going back next year.
