Vacation rentals with a patio in Fairfield

We had a great long weekend staying at Andrea’s place! Amazing location right off of Main Street, convenient and close to everywhere we wanted to go, and easy parking. The apartment was perfect for us and had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cozy. Andrea was also super responsive and accommodating.

The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. It’s very clean but not fancy. John was very attentive to my needs and was responded to my questions right away. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There were a variety of restaurants within a short drive. There was off-street parking and I felt safe leaving the car the whole day.

Extremely satisfied with mine and my families stay! Great location. Cozy feel. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Perfect place to stay for our trip! We were in town for a wedding and this flat met all of our needs and then some. Easy to get to downtown Stamford as well. You’ll feel right at home here!

Kimberly has been a lovely host. With a smooth check-in, thorough instructions, all the amenities that are mentioned, and is a spotless place that looked untouched; our stay has been incredible. The hostess has been very proactive and responsive. Our concerns that extended beyond our stay were still aided well by Kimberly and we appreciate them for providing such a beautiful place that felt like home.

We were only in town for a couple of nights, and Leslie’s rental was perfect. She was so helpful and extremely quick to respond to our questions, and we felt right at home in her apartment. It was spotless, had all we needed for a few days, and was private enough that we felt super comfortable with our pup. The basket of goodies was also so thoughtful since we’d forgotten to bring water! Highly recommend this stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely air bnb, it was perfect for our needs enabling us to be near family and friends yet have the quiet down time that was much needed. Being back in the old neighborhood was a super plus too, still a lovely area with local stores and restaurants and so many places to see and explore around town. ⸻ Great Stay in a Lovely Black Rock Neighborhood We really enjoyed our stay at 65 Calderwood Court. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of supplies, and the beds were cozy after a full day of exploring. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Seabright Beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Staying during Black Rock Day was a nice bonus; we could easily join in the festivities and then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home. Allie was responsive and made the check-in process smooth. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we’d happily stay here again when visiting the area.

Andrea’s place is very clean, has everything we need. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and dining room are very nice. Our kids enjoyed the playground in the backyard so much. Andrea is always responsive. Thank you!

We had a relaxing overnight with our two pups! The bay/sound area is so peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed swimming before the tide came in and we kayaked along the shoreline. The inside was stunning and had everything you needed and more! We door dashed lobster rolls from the Bonfire Grille nearby (10/10) and ended the night in the hot tub! Coffee on the sunny patio was a great perk, too! Thanks again!!

We loved Laura and Dana’s Big Easy home by the beach. It was big and comfortable and every detail had been thought about to maximize our enjoyment. Drawers and closets and cabinets were all labeled so we didn’t have to search for anything or guess where anything was. Literally every need had been anticipated! Amazing. The beds and bedding and linens and towels were abundant and soft and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were awesome, from an air fryer, to a full set of bar tools and blender, to great appliances. The decor was happy and cheerful and creative and fun. There were so many places to sit and enjoy, both inside and out. Do not hesitate to choose this wonderful place for a visit of any length. You will love it!

Super great place with lovely sunset and super walkable everywhere. Jin was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful with anything we needed. She even provided baby shower wash!

After using Airbnb for years now no other place was a perfect 10. The lake house was simply great. Not only the physical status but the follow up and generosity of the hosts where beyond. We didn’t want to leave.

Second time staying at one of Cail's places, and it has been excellent. Cozy, well-designed, comfortable and clean. The location is so peaceful and everything in the bungalow is thoughtful and included with intention. Definitely recommend!

I stayed in this airbnb for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location can’t be beat; My guest and I walked to the beach, the movies, the aquarium, Norwalk riverwalk, the train station, and at least 30+ restaurants. The apartment itself was a comfortable size for 1-2 people. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need for your stay. There was a small balcony, which was nice for some fresh air with your morning coffee. Nicole gave plenty of local recommendations and was very responsive. Would stay again!

This place is great in old-school AirBnB style. Feels like Nadine’s second home being shared with us. Quality finishes throughout, very well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, towels, etc. We came for a wedding but were able to have our own nuclear family reunion with three young-adult children coming in from around the country. The space handled us all with ease. The great room is spacious with a big table and even bigger sectional sofa. Just a great place to gather and hang out (which we did a little more than expected because of tropical storm Ophelia). We enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches across the street and brought in sushi and wine for one dinner, less than 5 minutes drive away. One quick note: 2 BRs not 3

Such a great space and place for a colleague and me on a short one night trip. With a cool fish tank too! Great amenities and very clean. Shy of arrival a garage spot opened and Dave was very helpful in providing that option for a small fee. Easier knowing you have a safe, covered and gated parking spot too! Although the area seemed really safe anyways. Great hospitality.

Will was pleasant, easy to reach for quick fixes and very communicative! He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful with locating the apartment as the map location was a little off. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and clean! We stayed for 16 days and had little to no issues. I am confident anyone else would find this place to be worth the price!

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!
