Perfect home for our family getaway. This updated home was spotless and well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. My kids loved seeing the horse so close to the house. After a log day exploring the area, there was so much to do at the house if you wanted to relax and recharge or keep the kids busy - from the pool, fire pit, basketballs and footballs, ping pong, arcade and board games, hot tub, and more. The grounds are idyllic and peaceful with the W & OD Trail just steps away from the house. We truly enjoyed our time here.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described — even better in person. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Most of all, our host was incredibly generous and kind, going above and beyond to accommodate us. It was a true blessing to be welcomed with such warmth and sincerity. Thank you so much again for your hospitality — this was more than just a stay, it felt like a home. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

If you read the reviews from others who stayed here...they were SPOT ON! Lynn's carriage house is like stepping into an immaculate barndominium. You feel like you are prepping for your fox hunt or what my wife and I did, enjoy a tea or glass of wine in the evenings watching the deer come through the fields or the horses in the far fields graze. PEACEFUL. The house has everything you need from coffee, tea, sweeteners, to spices and pots and pans. Come here to relax. Last, the pool on the listing is at the main house. Never did we feel like it wasn't our own private oasis. So cool to enjoy the pool surrounded by horse properties. Lynn is an excellent host. This is an incredible property.

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

We always stay in Airbnbs, and this was hands down the best experience I've had! Michelle was an incredible host. Her communication was quick, clear, and super helpful from start to finish. The place was exactly as described (if not better), and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed

We had such a wonderful time at Arun's place. The property is a private oasis accessible to downtown Leesburg and easy to find. From the moment we got to Arun's place, everything was a retreat. Arun was very responsive when I had questions or had trouble using the door code. The house was incredibly clean and there was space for everyone in our group of 8 to have their own space, while also having big enough common areas both inside and outside to have the whole group together. The kitchen was fairly stocked as well. This house is truly such a great spot if you are looking to do a weekend away with a large group - we wish we could've stayed longer and enjoyed the property more. I loved the area, calm neighborhood, the inside is big enough to host up to 9 people. She respond very quick, I have good time, I would recommend it to friends.

Cute clean house. Comfy beds and a clean hot tub. Enjoyed the deer walking around outside. Whitney was extremely nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here right after we hot married and it was the most lovely experience! It was an absolute blast, I wouldn’t have changed a thing except I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Maud was so sweet and I loved having her as a host. Cannot recommend enough!

Vinson’s place was absolutely beautiful. My coworkers and I were there on business but this listing is so large, it would be great for large families. It’s accurately described and it’s breathtaking. One of the coolest Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Loved the vibe, the wall of windows looking at the trees, and super comfy beds. Would defiantly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at 7 Elms. I had to come to the area for a work event in Gainesville, and my team and I decided to stay at this AirBNB. It was so lovely. Such a cool restoration of an old farmhouse, and the property was serene and wonderful. We didn't have time to explore the area, as we were working so much and long hours. the only thing I can speak to is the grocery store - and it had everything. We saw a bunch of wild animals during morning coffee time, and that was really special. I don't think I've actually ever seen groundhogs in person, and there's a hysterical duo that run the show. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

What a great air bnb! Kristine has a gem in old town Alexandria! It’s in a perfect location and while parking can be a little tricky, we lucked out the entire weekend and never had to pay for it. This place was great for our family, even with 2 young ones! My husband and I loved drinking wine on the rooftop patio once our kids were asleep. I would 100% re-rent this home if we are ever in Alexandria again.

We loved the area. The house was very clean and we felt very comfortable. We enjoyed coming back to the house after the horse show and just relaxing. We hope to book it for next year.

Great place for a family! With small kids a hotel is a no go for us so this was the perfect spot to make sure our kids were able to get a good nights sleep before a long drive!
