This is a beautiful 1938 cottage with gardens on all 4 sides of the property for drinks w/ Friends or grilling with Family. There are multiple skylight sources of natural light. The office space will support any collaboration requirement. Relax in the gardens while your car is plugged into the ChargePoint EV Charger. This is a very comfortable house for any season or length of stay. The house, patios and gardens make an excellent gathering spot for friends and associates to reconnect and relax.

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Due to unfortunate recent misses with guests, I will consider requests only from people with at least three reviews and a rating of 4 stars or higher. This is an open plan, modern end unit is across the street from National Zoo and Rock Creek Park. It's on two bus lines and walkable to Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and cable and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!

You will enjoy a private outdoor space and entrance, spacious living area, well-appointed kitchenette, and cozy bedroom and bath. A luxury air mattress or the couch is available for a third person. Breakfast is included for first couple of days. Hosts live upstairs with their family and are happy to provide any recommendations. Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Enchanted! 1BR Apt near DCA in quiet neighborhood

Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.
