Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fairbanks

Jenny was very communicative to any question I had prior to and during our stay. Beautiful spacious location. I’m sure it’s nice in the summer but for a winter Aurora visit, this is the place! We were there 4 nights and if the lights were dancing in the sky we saw them! We enjoyed sitting in the front or back yard - or hot tub - to watch the light show each night - and were happy we didn’t have to drive anywhere! If you’re planning to go to the Fairbanks area - it’s worth the short 20 minute drive to stay in North Pole!

This was my second stay at the Aurora Hilltop Retreat and it was just as great as last time. Beautiful location, so peaceful and quiet. The king bed is amazingly comfortable and the kitchen has enough pots, pans etc to cook meals with ease. The pellet stove keeps the place so cozy and the hot tub outside the back door is toasty hot. If their place is available, I'd say snag it! The drive from Fairbanks is easy but you'll feel worlds away from town on this hilltop.

This place was cozy and had all that we needed for our time in Fairbanks. The hot tub was clean and warm. Plenty of bathroom products as well.

We loved this home! It was beautiful, peaceful and Daria was so responsive. She took match good care of us and even let us check in early!

I love this place so much! This is one of the best Airbnb I have stayed at and my family had an amazing time and saw a ton of northern lights. The host is great at communicating. The only thing I wiuld note is the shower head could use a bit sprucing up. Thank you!

The home is beautiful with great amenities, well worth the price. I wish we had more time to enjoy the home. I really liked that there was an abundance of towels which many airbnbs do not supply enough

Hot tub was amazing! Definitely would recommend having AWD or 4 wheel drive if you are visiting in winter. The roads up to the house are not cleared. We managed to make it in & out multiple times in a minivan, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely take note of the hosts average response time. They were great, but didn’t respond to messages between approximately 7pm-10am local time. We experienced some issues with the heat during our visit but host did what they could to make our stay comfortable. Not too many tasks to do when checking out which was great! Very nice home. Seems to be well equipped for families.

Wanted to start by saying thank you to June and DJ for providing an amazing space and helping my my mom's dream of seeing the Aurora Borealis come true! The house felt like home, very roomy and welcoming. The kitchen is excellently designed with enough space for prepping, cooking, and eating meals together. An extra plus is being able to soak in the hot tub with the knowing possibility of seeing the Aurora. I personally used the sauna every morning during our still and it was great on a crisp morning. June and DJ were extremely helpful in letting use know somethings to the check out around area and gave Aurora updates since they knew we were on the hunt. I highly recommend staying with June and DJ if you're visiting the Fairbanks area. I definitely will coming back to stay again. A true home base!

We had a great stay at this cabin! Very cozy, great location, and we were even able to see the Northern Lights from the backyard very clearly one night. Convenient location in Fairbanks (within a 10 min drive to most things including the airport), would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Qin's place. the house is very close to Fairbanks downtown and the property was easy to find with the instructions. Qin was very responsive throughout and resolved an issue with the main door locks battery within a couple of hours of is informing him, all while helping us avoid interruptions to our plans for the day. the house itself had all the amenities and comfortable beds with plenty of space for luggage and other items. the kitchen was well equipped and everything was functional as advertised. We will definitely seek this one out of we are in Fairbanks again!

Amazing stay, out of the world Hospitality and completely felt like a home away from home. One of my favorite stays ever. It was a very spacious cottage with very cozy vibes. Colleen wasn't around but had her friend Stacey to help us with all we need. They're both incredibly helpful (yes even Colleen although she wasn't around). It was a remarkable stay and I thought twice if I wanted to leave a good review and be selfish by gate keeping this gem but honestly.. They deserve every single star available. If there's a reason I ever come back, this place would be one huge one! Oh.. Not to mention, I caught a spectacular Aurora right outside the door on the very night I arrived. This place is a lucky spot!! ❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little cabin! Everything was clean and comfortable. The cabin was warm and cozy upon arrival. We loved the hot tub and the amazing views! It’s a fairly quick trip from the cabin to great restaurants and downtown. Lacy was super responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Convenient to the city but still very private.

This cottage was perfect for the four of us. We enjoyed the beautiful snow, reading in the net, hot tub, and sauna. We even got to see the Northern Lights from the cottage! Saying goodbye to this cottage was rough, but was glad to be able to clean my clothes (in the shared laundry area) before packing my bag. Devin was super responsive to any questions we had and the people who worked on the property were so kind. 11/10 recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. All communications with our hosts were timely and helpful. We were unfortunate if the fact that 4 of our travelers were unable to make the trip with us due to extensive airline delays, thus making connecting flights useless. The five of us that were able to use the house enjoyed it! Loved the sauna, the hot tub and the pellet stove (looks like we may be adding one at home now!)! My only complaint would be that the walkways to these amenities and the grill were not cleared well before turning to sheets of ice. It would have been nice since these were listed, but we did manage. Truly enjoyed seeing the Northern Lights and going dog sledding on our trip would highly recommend.
