Bring the whole family to this sunny, seaside spot. Spacious and child-friendly, 200 meters from the beach and 5 km to Tønsberg city center. Experience a true archipelago idyll! Great view of the Oslo fjord. Short distance to outdoor areas, playgrounds, public transport, the lake, and great hiking areas. There are several nice beaches in the immediate vicinity. We primarily rent to quiet families with children. The tenant must be a minimum of 25 years. Plenty of room for two families, 8 people, plus possibly a child in a travel cot (can be included).

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy on the outskirts of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with approx. 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several beaches, a football pitch and a beautiful coastal path. The nearest beach about 350 meters from the house has a jetty, beach, playground and volleyball court. Here you can also find Ole3, a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bicycles on the boat. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg Brygge by car.

From the home there is a short drive to Husvik school with playground equipment, public transport, lake, beach and great hiking areas. Husvik is located close to the sea and there are several swimming areas and beaches nearby. It is only a small walk down to Klopp beach and marina. The coastal trail is popular. I primarily want to rent out to families with children

Norway's smallest ferry route, Ole3, goes right by and takes you in summer time for free to Husøy and further to Nøtterøy. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with two single beds. Bus stop approx. 100 m away to Tønsberg city center (6 km) and several grocery stores nearby.
