Formerly used as a chestnut dryer (metato), the small ruin has been renovated while preserving the original characteristics and with an inspiration given by the ancient Tuscan farmhouses typical of the area.

Period residence in the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free parking on site. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
