Gräftåvallen is home to Sweden's largest ski club, and there are 45 km of groomed ski trails directly adjacent to the cabin. The cottage has everything needed for a skiing and mountain vacation, with large living areas, a fireplace and a sauna. In summer, you can just go straight up the mountain and hike. You are close to swimming and fishing opportunities.

About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. There is a large sauna in the yard in a separate building, which can be used for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.
