We had a very nice week at this scenic place in Orrviken! The home felt both more spacious and private than we'd expected. Maria and Ulte were super nice hosts who told us about excursions, including to Östärbuan which became a favorite for the children.

Everything was absolutely excellent from booking to checkout! Very easy to get in touch with the landlord for questions.

Very nice to live in this apartment with good distance to everything. Nice view and quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice, bright and quiet room in the basement with personal bathroom in the next door ;) I was afraid to make a reservation in that place because I thought it'll be dark and cold there but not at all!

We loved the place very much. Communication went smoothly. The cottage was really coming home. Cozily furnished. Plenty of space for 4 people. The bathroom was small but we actually found that charming and have something. If we are back in Östersund, we would go here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful location. Easy to get to downtown Ostersund with a quick car ride or bus. The lake was frozen during our visit, so we checked out skates from downtown and had a blast skating on the ice. This was a great spot for multi-generational family gathering. We hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the house with our 2 kids. Very nice, cosy and well equipped house. Great view on the lake. Close to the city of Ostersund and some other great places. We would love to come back one day.

The dream home we never wanted to leave – a magical experience! If we could give more than five stars, we would do it without blinking! From the first second we walked through the door, we felt like we stepped into a different world – a world of luxury, comfort, and thoughtful design. But let's talk about the heart of this masterpiece: the gourmet kitchen. It wasn't just a kitchen – it was a culinary dream. Fully equipped with state of the art appliances, generous workspaces and details that made us feel like Michelin chefs. A flat that responded to the smallest touch, an oven that baked perfect bread. Every meal we cooked there became a gastronomic highlight, and we could easily imagine star chefs creating masterpieces in this kitchen. The rest of the home? Simply amazing. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, the living room an inviting oasis, and the bathrooms clean spa experiences. Every detail was thought out, from the harmonious decor to the little ones

We stayed there 9 including two children in a travel bed and there was plenty of space for us. A child-friendly home with toys, drawing supplies, trampoline and space to play. Well equipped kitchen. The photos showed bathtub, but it had been renovated and then removed which was a shame. We wanted a bathtub for the kids after camping holidays ahead. Furthermore, not everyone would shower as there was no shielding on the windows outside the shower. Beyond this, everything was perfect in the house and with communication with the hosts. We felt at home thanks to the hosts who made arrangements for it by allowing us to use toys and sundries and they had provided some refreshments for all ages. We are very satisfied!!

Exceptional architect-designed house. Recent design and very good quality and very well-equipped. Passive house, the sun helps manage the heating of the house. Very large furnished terrace. Exceptional lake views. Full bay window in each of the rooms open to the lake allows for a great view. Windows on each facade allow natural light into the accommodation. Spacious and comfortable home. Three bedrooms, one for children. 2 bathrooms, one with a sauna. House located in a very quiet environment. About 20 minutes from Ostersund. If you have to make the choice about housing even if it means paying more by moving away from the city, you shouldn't hesitate. Accessible in winter. In summer there may be mosquitoes. Available and responsive host.
