Centrally located in the Faroe Islands, Hósvík is the perfect base for exploring the islands, or just relaxing in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The apartment is perfect for individuals/couples, with or without children, who do not need much indoor space. There are narrow stairs up in the apartment, i.e. unsuitable for people who are not fully mobile.

Í Fjósinum Look forward to staying in one of the oldest houses in the Faroe Islands. In this house you can enjoy the very special atmosphere, of homely and cozy atmosphere. Here are crooked angles, low ceilings, and a somewhat steep staircase up to the ceiling, but good to walk on where 2 bedrooms and bathroom are. On the ground floor there is the hallway, the living room and the kitchen, which has been gently renovated two years ago. It overlooks the lake and the high mountains from the windows.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence. Great view over the sea, and over the Faroe Islands' highest mountain, Slættaratindur. Slættaratindur is 880 meters. On the balcony on the first floor there is a view of a beautiful waterfall in "our backyard" about 250 meters away. Possibility to catch your own fish for dinner. Fishing rods and bait are in the house. Free wifi. Good parking options down on the quay. Only a 5 minute drive to Tjørnuvík, to see The Giant And The Witch.

Our guesthouse is designed by Kraft Architects to be beautiful, stylish and functional - but then again also a place to relax, reconnect and get inspired. The ocean view is ever changing, especially with all of the animals passing by. Although staying in a tiny town, The capital Tórshavn and other great sights are only 20 minutes away by car. Our flat was finishd in Q1 2023. It is cosy, modern and in Scandinavian style. It is situated in the most cosy village in the Faroe Islands - Oyndarfjørður - surrounded by nature, yet central with 30 minutes drive to the capital and most places of interest in the country. The village is authentic surrounded by mountain and sea, with 5 min walk to the famous rocking rocks and many hiking tracks. It is easy to travel to other islands from here.

The longest distance by car is approximately 1 hour's drive. 6 of the islands are connected by tunnels and bridges. It is about 15 min to Tórshavn through the new underwater tunnel. Quiet village by the sea. Nice view from the livingroom. You will love my home because of the peace, the view and the surroundings.
