Great house! A thousand for comfort, cleanliness, beauty and structure. We hired Nininha's services, which made all the difference in our vacation, she is a wonderful person and cooks extremely well, she even makes desserts. Neném is the housekeeper, Nininha's brother, he is always in the house and makes us safe, as well as being very helpful and an expert at a table. The house is beautiful and nice, clean and very comfortable. Beds are huge, king size! It doesn't have a defect at all, especially the view. Open the gate and step on the sand of the beach! Really divine thing! The only “problem” is Bianca's delay in responding, but after she arrives at the house, she no longer needs anything, baby and Nininha solve EVERYTHING! I recommend it and want to come back for sure.

The house is excellent! Very spacious, ample. And very pleasant! Super well equipped, complete with utensils! Beautiful and well decorated in every room! It accommodated our entire group very well! We had a little problem with an air-conditioner in one of the rooms on the first night. But Vyctor promptly responded to us and arranged for the repair. The host was very available and flexible. The view from the house is a spectacle! We spent the full moon night and it was sensational! The area is very peaceful.

The house has an excellent location almost by the sea, close to everything in the community of Jacumã, the market is next door. The goumert space is reserved and very large, the house is spacious and excellent to take to an elderly sea bath due to the proximity to the sea. The Host has left the house looking like it looks like you live there. I recommend the stay for leisure and rest.

Good night! Our rental was monthly. We sought tranquility, comfort, tasty sea noise, accessible pool, structured cuisine (we like to cook) and eat out as well. The house is huge and well decorated(I felt at home), comfortable beds. It really is "Foot in the sand". In this period of low season, we sometimes had the feeling of a private beach. The dawn and the moon in the full phase, are spectacles, real natural eye drops! Fabiana is the swimming pool and does everything from the property. Simply perfect, very comfortable house, everything in good taste, best of all is having air-conditioning in the rooms, and a bathroom for each one. I would just add a microwave, which would make the kitchen even easier. (just a suggestion to get even better) I want to put on record my gratitude for sharing this very welcoming environment, and providing us with moments of joy with special people. We'll definitely be back soon. And whoever is thinking of coming here, can come without so much as a second thought because they won't regret it, comfortable and safe house, close to the beach, close to the market and pharmacy

I felt at home. Larissa was very solicitous. All very organized, clean, functional and with a very good taste decoration. I didn't feel the need to take anything but clothes and food. The structure of the condominium is very well thought out for various needs. Home office, playroom, game room, cinema, spa, plus pools with excellent restaurant, cool service, recreators and activities for children and adults. It was a very comfortable, pleasant and fun stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending a few days in Natal/RN, opt for this accommodation. Very close to the city with a great structure nearby.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, you can see the black tip. A few meters from the beach. Next to the building there is a restaurant and around the corner there are cafes, there is an express market, the truth is that everything is very accessible. Patricia is always very helpful. Amazing experience! One of the best apartments we have ever hosted, as it is extremely complete, accessible, spacious and that has a simply spectacular view! The couple of amphitristas were some dear, super attentive and polite. As we made a trip between friends, the space was ideal, as it had 2 rooms and several other good comfortable spaces (including the network that was on the super balcony with a super view). We love it, it is close to markets and has easy access to the beach! Hope to be back soon!

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

It was really a pleasure to have stopped at Eva.The apartment was spotless, 50 meters from the beach...supermarket 30 meters away...and restaurants and bars in lots. The location is also excellent and Eva is always very attentive and predisposed to having a nice stay as it really happened. It also features a swimming pool and laundry room in the building. One of the favorite stays of my life! And look, I've stayed in dozens of places and cities. The apartment is super cozy, very well located and has an indescribable view! The area is full of restaurants, has several options for breakfast and well policed. Iza is a lovely person and was super attentive with us. We already miss the apartment and we intend to return soon!
