This cozy apartment with hard wood floors is attached to main house where we live along with 2 other tenants. You will have your own entrance and privacy with off street parking as well as a private bathroom and kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and coffee/tea maker.

This is a fully furnished guest suite with 900 square feet of comfortable living space and a private front entrance. It is within walking distance to Phillips Exeter Academy, beautiful Downtown Exeter, restaurants, pubs, parks and Amtrack train station (which you can take to Boston or Portland) and centrally located for many New England activities. No pets allowed. Please take note: There is a train that passes by periodically and can be loud.
