Maria's place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Check in was smooth and everything was in order. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very large and roomy. There is even a washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The living room is comfortable and its conveniently located just off route 1. It was perfect for us as we had family staying nearby. Definitely will keep this on our list for the next time in Wells!

We didn’t stay in the apartment much but when we did we felt safe and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and although we brought our own toiletries it was nice to see that there were things available if we needed them. If I were to make one recommendation I would have liked to see a notebook of attractions and restaurants in the area with addresses. I highly recommend staying at Lorenzo’s and would stay again.

The suite was beautiful, well appointed, very clean and comfortable! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, a very fun and comfortable place to stay!

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Great place, quaint comfortable, comfy bed, very clean and quiet. About a 20-30 min walk to the Salem tourist area so if you don’t have a car, get ready to walk. Cute dive called ‘tin whistle’ right down the street. A couple good convenient stores around… very easy to figure out entrance. Ubers everywhere so if you don’t want to walk, an uber will be easy.

It was so nice, quiet, private and much more. The wooded view from the balcony with the nice breeze was nice. Everything was clean and is a nice place if you’re in and out of the town or just visiting in general. I would highly recommend!

Great spot. It’s a new twist for us on a classic weekend. Our 8th prelude, first Airbnb. Appreciated the location, cost, value, communication and cleanliness. Would definitely come back, in fact booked prelude second weekend for 2025 already!!!

place was great for a weekend stay. had some issues with the lock at one point and Ruddy was very quick to come help us figure it out and get inside. would stay again!

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

We had to have quite a bit of communication with host Amy and property manager Paul. I have a disability that disallows me to smell chemical scent. There were linens in the closet that caused the space to smell. Paul was amazing in helping to get the offending agents out, and even helped carry some of our items in. On checkout day I wasn’t feeling well, and Paul provided so much help that I didn’t have to panic. I have sought accommodations to my disability in MANY places to lodge, and I will say that Amy and Paul were the most accommodating I’ve come across. It’s rare to experience such genuine concern from a host when you require accommodations. Thank you both for everything!

We loved staying here. The location was perfect! We walked all over the town enjoying the history and the houses, found the great bakery nearby (Olive’s), cycled the trails on a loop up through Salisbury, walked the beaches on Plum Island, and did lots of bird watching. The room and bathroom were clean, attractive and comfortable, and there were enough utensils to use the microwave and eat a meal there. Michelle and Sam offered to store our bicycles so we did not have to leave them on the car when we were not using them. We stayed two nights and we hope to return!

Lisa and Bob were so kind and accommodating. I felt right at home and would definitely stay again!

Sven was very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay at his well appointed accommodations.

This Airbnb was perfect for our trip. It comfortably accommodated our party of 6, in a quite location and a very easy walk to downtown Salem.

Great place, the house is wonderful, we like it a lot... the house was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, the street is very quiet to park the car... Tesfaye very helpful, friendly,.. I would definitely go back to rent this house ..

Very nice apartment with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi was even in an enclosed tent which was great considering the chilly weather. Comfortable bed, functional kitchen, close to multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great little get away. The house comes with good necessities and the area surrounding the apartment has so much to offer!! Easy to get around and on an absolutely beautiful piece of property. Will definitely be back!!

This little mountainside gem was the perfect weekend for my cousin and I to get away for a girls weekend! The weather wasn’t great, but it didn’t matter because there is so much to do, hot tub, pool, darts, games, puzzles, a floor to ceiling bookcase with great reads, cozy blankets, not to mention the tranquility of just sitting and staring out the window at the beautiful lake. If you are not used to the movement and pitter patter of dogs, this may not be the best fit for you. I was personally missing my dogs and I felt right at home hearing them upstairs!! There was a certain safety we felt being within someone’s home, it was easy to relax knowing the owners were right upstairs should we need anything but they were extremely respectful of our privacy and we only saw them on our way back from breakfast while they were out walking the pups! :) Such a great weekend, thanks Jim & Jude!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with great amenities. Super clean. Amazing location with downtown walkability and easy access from highway. Beautiful backyard and views.

Place was beautiful and clean, exactly as describes. we came for a girls getaway and the hot tub was deffinately a plus!

The house was adorable, clean, and extremely fairly priced. Reed went above and beyond to accommodate us (and our noisy kids)! The location is a short drive to the beach and the street is super cute and quiet. This was my first experience in an Airbnb and to say we were satisfied is an understatement.

My stay there was great. Very convenient, almost right off the highway. Paula and her co-host were prompt in response. I would come back again. I didn't get to use the Spa tub in the bathroom because the water pressure in the tub was taking too long to fill the tub. Next time, I would plan for that better. The hot tub made up for it though 😀. Cheers!
