Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

We spent 4 days in Paris. The location is ideal to spend the night a bit outside the center. The center can be reached by train and metro in a short time. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity! Parking, shopping or eating in a nice suburban area. The apartment itself is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children! Great cut, well maintained and clean. It was perfect for us! Raphael welcomed us kindly and promptly, gave precise instructions, that's how we want it! Thanks to Raphael!

Tu Huong is a great host. The apartment is well located, perfect for lovers of the 13th arrondissement, there is everything nearby. I don't think it could be any quieter in terms of sound in the apartment. Super equipped, there are towels, a hair dryer, umbrellas… what more could you ask for…

This is a great spot in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and super helpful, and they were happy to accommodate quite a late check in. The apartment was comfortable and the crib and high seat provided for our son were perfect. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower in particular were great. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

The studio apartment was perfect ! Very safe and secure with 2 separate doors needing key pad entry and finally your main door to the apartment with shot bolt system I loved the big open windows in the room that created sunlight and fresh air within the apartment ..The bed was comfortable and the apartment is situated on a quiet road The area has a great ambiance with a good variety of restaurants within walking distance The main CDG airport to RER port royal station was a 12 min walk away. Plus other close metro lines minutes away to the local attractions

We stayed in the apartment with my mom for a long weekend. It was very stylish and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary kitchen amenities. The location is a bit away from the centre, but it's well connected with the metro, which is just 5 minutes from the apartment. There are many bakeries and grocery shops around, plus a nice canal area with restaurants. The host was very responsive and welcoming, and allowed early check-in and late check-out. This was the perfect spot from which to explore Paris. It’s relatively easy walking distance from so many attractions and a quick walk to the Métro station for further sites. The space is beautifully maintained and exceptionally comfortable. Cécile was a wonderful host - proactively thinking of our every need and checking in to be sure we were ok. She even reached out to make sure we were aware of a coming thunderstorm while we were out sightseeing to be sure we could get to shelter in time! It’s really hard to put into words how lovely this experience was and how perfect this location is. The combination of a beautiful, impeccable apartment with the care and support of such a thoughtful host is a rare find indeed! Can’t wait to come back!

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

My son and I were in town for two days to visit Versailles, and the convenience to the chateau was bar none. We were able to get on the bus and the N line with no trouble, and neither was crowded or had long wait times. The neighborhood has a lot of shops, and a cute farmers market on Saturday, which was fun to explore. The apartment was very clean, with wonderful air flow, so even though it was hot, we managed to stay cool. It was also VERY quiet, and had a lovely balcony that was so peaceful (we had breakfast there both mornings!) Overall, this place was a wonderful value for the convenience-if you’re planning a little Versailles getaway from the city, I definitely recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this flat near Disneyland Paris! The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with shops, bakeries, and restaurants close by for convenience. If you're visiting Disneyland Paris and want a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to unwind after a day at the parks, this is the perfect choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

a lovely little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. An easy metro ride away from the main sites of Paris. Very private. We loved the amenities. It was really well thought out with everything we needed. Very flexible check in and check out times which was incredible! The bed was quite small.

A pleasant and refreshing break close to Paris. Clean and well laid out accommodation, it feels good. Host hospitality and availability is a real plus, not to mention the Kili company!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

We were in Paris for the Le Bourget Air Show, so the location was perfect. If our intention had been to visit the city, of course, the accommodation would have been a little out of the way. That said, the house is super spacious: it is a three-story villa with a garden and therefore perfect for large groups. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable, certainly without the claustrophobia that other accommodations on this platform convey. There is no air conditioning but all floors except the attic were still very cool (at least at the end of June). Finally, although we never met him in person, Hamza was very present with messages and always responded quickly to all our questions.

Our stay was highly enjoyable. We returned this year to Noelle's house for the second time as this was the best experience airbnb-wise around Fontainebleau. We brought friends and they immediately fell for the house as well. Looking forward to our next stay!
