Simple apartment, only 5 min drive from Evje!

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Idyllic lakeshore cabin surrounded by nature

Spacious cabin with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps 6 adults. 15 minutes by car from Evje. Fantastic place in the summer with its own shallow beach, rowing boat, canoe, paddle boards and good fishing opportunities. Great hiking trails. In winter, the ski runs start a few hundred meters away. No electricity or running water, but with a gas fridge, gas cooker and solar lamps. Outside toilet with direct entrance from the back of the cabin. OK 4g coverage in parts of the cabin and on the terrace.

Strap on your skis and head straight out onto the cross-country tracks. Walking, swimming, fishing, picking berries, mushrooms - everything is right outside. Gode bade-og turmuligheter. Mye ørret i vannet. Rikt dyreliv; elg, hjort, rådyr og storfugl. Hytten er bygd på slutten av 60-tallet, ingen strøm og ikke innlagt vann samt utedo. Kjøleskap og kokeplater på propan. Ved kan kjøpes av utleier for 150,- pr sekk. Drikkevann, stearinlys og engangsart tas med. Ca 70 meter fra parkeringsplassen og ned til hytten. Fra parkering ser man 2 hyttenaboer. Vannfall/foss med gode badeforhold. Mulighet for laksefiske 1,5 timers gange fra hytten.

Small cabin, 52 sqm, sunside terrace exposed to sun all day. Wide view over lake Høvringen. 30 m from parking, but hidden from the road. Old-fashioned, simple, but good cabin standard: indoor biological toilet, cold tap water in kitchen, electric stove for cooking, cooler and freezer. Wood stove and electric oil stove for heating. Personal atmosphere, with relativelhy old, well-kept furniture. Lovely bird-singing around.

Hytte ved Bjørndalsvatn. Adresse er Bjørndalen 12 i Evje kommune. Koselig hytte med innlagt strøm og vann. Hytta ligger meget solrikt til i rolige fine omgivelser. Hytta inneholder stue, kjøkken, bad, 3 soverom, gang, flotte uteområder. Det er også en gapahuk en kan sitte i utendørs. Båt og fiskekort følger med uten kostnad.Gode fiske og bademuligheter. Det er nært til Evje og Setesdal. Bilvei helt fram til hytta.
