Villa vacation rentals in Everglades

This house was exactly what we needed for a week away. Me and 5 of my friends came down for memorial day weekend and we had everything we needed at Villa’s place. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

Karen was an amazing host. She was both friendly and responsive the entire time and was extremely flexible with all of our requests. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. She even had a snack basket and a coffee machine set up with everything ! It was really well thought out and very clean and pleasant to be in. The girls and I had the best time in this spacious house that’s perfect for a getaway. Would highly recommend staying here, as Ubers in Miami are pretty cheap and everything was not that far. It’s worth it and was a great deal!

The Beach House was everything I expected and more! The morning sunrise and ocean views were AMAZING! The house was super clean to be on the beach with nice furnishings. The house had everything we needed and more.

From the minut we arrived it was just such a nice home. Very clean and up to date. Pool exceeded our expectations love the water fall wall especially when the sun about setting. the beach is just 2 minutes away in car, had the most gorgeous sunset view I've seen in a while. Definitely would love to come back !

This was our second stay at this house. Just like the first time we really enjoyed our stay. The area is a great location and has lots of amenities. The home is very peaceful, clean and modern.

Danielle, the host, was very friendly, responsive and easy to work with. The home was beautiful, had a great floorplan, and was clean, tidy and well organized. We loved how the bedrooms, family room & kitchen surrounded a centrally located salt water pool, the focal point as you entered the home. The kitchen was well appointed and had all utensils, pots and pans to cook simple to gourmet meals. The garage housed an assortment of all the toys & equipment we desired for the pool, beach, nearby courts and included several bikes & helmets in great condition. Danielle was super responsive at all stages both before and after booking, and even followed thru on altering the pool from a chlorine to salt water after learning about our preference. The security was a definite plus with the gated entrance. And our friends and family had no trouble gaining access due to the efficient gate system. We truly enjoyed the home and our experience with Danielle and plan to return!

I cannot come up with enough adjectives to fully describe our experience. This impeccable immaculate spotless property was simply breathtaking! The quality of the accommodation, the amenities, indoor and outdoor toys and sheer luxury exceeded our expectations. John and Tammie were delightful hosts with so much attention to detail. They thought of every need, making our stay a comfortable memorable experience for our multi-generational family, age 6 month to my 81 and 87 year old parents. There was something for everyone! The location was perfect, near fantastic restaurants and grocery shopping. The whole experience was amazing and will go down in our family history as one of the best family reunions of all times. Place was awesome. Super clean, super nice, & literally was stocked with everything we needed or could have even needed. Was a fun one for sure.

We loved our stay- these hosts really set a new bar for family friendly amenities. Many AirBnB’s we’ve stayed cover the basics- a crib, a few books and maybe a high chair. This place went above and beyond- crib, bottle brush and drying rack, baby bath tub with baby towels, kids tableware, sound machines in every bedroom, games, toys and books, kids pool toys and kids+baby life vests, the list goes on! This place has it all, just bring your clothes and a toothbrush and you’ll have a wonderful vacation here. The hosts set up a sweet spread of wine with grapes and cheese for our arrival and stocked the fridge with bottled water and set up music to set the tone. Beds were comfortable and the place was impeccably clean and organized. Would highly recommend this place for other families looking for a comfortable and well stocked place!

Amazing stay, so many helpful amenities to make you feel like you’re at home while on vacation. It. was. a. beautiful home in the middle of a quiet neighborhood surrounded by all your needs from the grocery store to your local sports bar for a quick bite. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The property is in a beautiful location and very close to the beach. The outdoor space allowed us to enjoy the occasional afternoon storm and take a rest from the sun. The living room and bedroom were very comfortable to unwind at the end of the day. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Especially enjoyed the fact that they had all necessary beach accessories. Neighborhood was very well maintained, and peaceful. Neighbors were very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time here! Everything was perfect and in a wonderful location. Had enough parking space for our trucks and trailer and the pool was a great end after being on the boat. Lisa and Robert were so helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, and check-in was super easy with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The space was both spacious and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was very responsive, always quick to reply to any questions, and overall just a pleasure to interact with. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved the house, loved the view, appreciated that there was cookware. We had a few glitches but Christina was super responsive and helpful and was very kind and compensated. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this home or hosts. I love the Cape Coral area! Love this house

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Igor was very helpful- we made a mistake on our end and invited some friends over Igor was curious of who they were and had a very friendly conversation with him-- just make sure to communicate with them if you have additional guests coming over to hang out. they are amazing and are wonderful at communicating! 10/10 Airbnb and would highly recommend it they aren't a management company, they run this solo so they really do a good job with service, communication and keep the property looking amazing, compared to some management companies running it

Great place and relaxing, I highly recommend it. Kids and grandkids had a great time.
